★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hotel! We booked it through a Dutch booking agency for 4 days of skiing. The renovated room on the 3rd floor is very modern (they did not update the pictures on their website yet) and comfortable. Good beds, good service and great food (dinner was included for us). Very friendly owners, really a family run hotel. It’s 4 minutes walking to the bus-stop for the free Ski-bus to Kaltenbach, bus takes about 8 minutes. Good ski area with enough blue pistes for beginners. They have a small snack in the lobby when you come back from skiing. Sauna and steambath area is good, clean and a nice place to unwind after battling the slopes during the day. The town of Stumm is small, but cute to walk around, it has many typical Austrian houses and some shops/supermarket/bakery. We will surely come back 1 day!
