1	108 astroboy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet little hotel near Serlesbahn. Very friendly staf, good breakfast, clean rooms. From the town of Mieders it is easy to get inot Innsbruck by bus.

J	Jason Banyard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel in the Austrian mountains. Beautiful scenery, plenty of parking, tasty breakfast, and the most kind staff going. Hotel room had a balcony with a view of the valley and mountainous terrain! Not a bad word to say about this place I'd love to go back if I was ever in that part of Austria again. The roads leading to and from the hotel are also very nice to drive on, and, again, very nice scenery all around the area. Close-by is the city of Innsbruck which is just as stunning especially around the 'old town' area and is a Great day out with activities like visiting the 'Alpenzoo' zoo or taking a cable car to the 'Nordkette' mountain range or even heading to the 'pavillon beim kaiserjägermuseum' which is an observation deck where you can see over the entirety of Innsbruck. Definitely one of my favourite vacations especially in the winter! Thanks to all the staff who took good care of my dad and me during our stay!
P	Petr Hanák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a last minute stay in peak period of middle February. We had all the services as expected and more. A very velcoming host. Rooms are comfortable, even if older (refurbished). Small bathroom, but all fine. The highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is well above a 3 star expectation. Simply excellent choice of meals, cereals, pastry, etc.. home made croissants and jam. Small sauna, great. We were allowed to store our bags till the afternoon on the day of leave and this helped us to enjoy one more day of skiing. Distance to Schlick 2000 is 10 mins by car.

M	Michał Szychowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the reception was unremarkable. She seemed to be there as a punishment. On the booking page, the price for a double room was € 68. Upon arrival and willingness to rent a room, this woman proposed to rent for € 44 without breakfast or € 55 with breakfast per person! She arranged everything with us while consulting someone over the phone. After showing her the price from booking com, she went to the back room and came back after a while, all the time consulting someone on the phone. She said that if we want the price with the booking, we have to book the room through this app. I wanted to do this but to my surprise the room was no longer available at € 68 and was already at the updated price of € 110. What a coincidence. You could be honest, respect your potential guests and earn € 68, but in this case you left a bad taste, didn't earn € 68 and received a negative review. Let this be a lesson for the future. Until now, I am surprised by the hospitality of the Austrians from this hotel.

The hotel for us had the perfect location to stop on our way to italy, from the Netherlands, and also provided us with the option to have a nice hike including real Austrian views on our rest day. The hotel has nice and friendly staff and served good breakfast and dinner. The room was rather standard, clean and fine. Would book again if we are to travel to italy again.
