The hotel does not have the minimum tools that your guest probably needs during their visit , for example an iron.Every day , you need to activate your access card for your room. The staff from the reception it’s not working 24 hours as every normal hotel and when we arrived the door was closed and the guy from the reception told us that we wake him up , that’s not the proper answer for the customers. Not all the rooms have fridge and also my bathroom had a leak on the bathtub. Positive aspects The view from the rooms it’s amazing and the breakfast has good options for the clients.
R	Radek Tetík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation The hotel looks nice, rooms are spacious, have a nice equipment. Beds are comfortable. Everything is clean. The room service was not polite, frowning and not responding to good morning. Restaurant We did not have breakfast and we were only once on the dinner. The food was good but portions were small. Service in the restaurant was not so good. The staff was not smiling, the waiters looked confused and we had to repeat our order several times. However, they were polite. SPA The pool was OK but the water could be warmer. The sauna was also OK but I missed the clock there. There was not enough towels and there were no sheets. Generally, the SPA area is lacking some care. There was no staff there. It also needs some refurbishment. Parking There is inside parking under the hotel. However, it is not tall enough for my SUV with the roof box. There are some places in front of the hotel but you must arrive early. In the evening all are full.

We are enjoying and having very good moments and memories in this Hotel. Every year we came there and enjoyed each moment! ? ? recommended!?

The breakfast was perfect, absolutely worth the money we paid for it. Innsbruck is not far from here, the local tram is convinient and easy to take. Recommended!

She upgraded our room for free because we have been arriving sooner than check in time. The location and the view of the hotel is perfect. If you are looking for a place to stay in Innsbruck‘s suburb or simply are looking for chilling in beautiful Alp I do really recommend it. Pool and wellness is also good. Price is affordable

Staff is very friendly, the quality of the food for dinner was high and the wine menu offers a lot of choices from top Austrian vinyards. The spa area is top notch (see pictures) - really liked the pool with a view of the majestic Serles mountain.
