Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Gastgeber wie auch das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist fantastisch, für mich als Vegetarier gab es immer etwas Leckeres. Wir hatten milde Temperaturen, es lag allerdings ausreichend Schnee und der Gletscher ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ein sehr feines Hotel und doch zwanglos. Eine tolle Woche, in der wir alle den ganzen Streß des letzten Jahres für diese Zeit ablegen konnten. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Weichinger We spent a wonderful week vacation there over New Year's Eve. The hotel is highly recommended, the hosts as well as the entire staff are friendly and courteous. The food is fantastic, for me as a vegetarian there was always something delicious. We had mild temperatures, but there was enough snow and the glacier is an absolute highlight. A very fine hotel and yet informal. A great week in which we could all put all the stress of the past year off for this time. Thank you dear Weichinger family
P	Patrick Sieloff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir gehen seit 6 Jahren mit unseren beiden Kindern zum Skifahren ins Stubaital und sind seit dem nur im Hotel Serles. Hier stimmt einfach alles, das Essen, der Service, die Sauberkeit und vor allem die Leute. Familie Weichinger ist einfach immer nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Nach der tollen Sauna- und Sparunde hat man bei einem Bier an der Bar immer ein lustiges Gespräch mit Thomas während die Kinder im Pool oder an der Tischtennisplatte Ihren Spaß haben! :-) Alles in allem hat sich die Familie immer sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr zu empfehlen! We have been going skiing in the Stubaital with our two children for 6 years and have only stayed at the Hotel Serles ever since. Everything is just right here, the food, the service, the cleanliness and above all the people. The Weichinger family is always nice, polite and helpful. After a great session in the sauna and spa, you can always have a fun chat with Thomas over a beer at the bar while the kids are having fun in the pool or at the table tennis table! :-) All in all, the family always felt very comfortable! We recommend!

Le stanze e il resto del locale è molto pulito e molto accogliente, il personale è veramente preparato e molto gentile. Abbiamo prenotato tre quarti pensione; ed abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare gustosissimi piatti.. La colazione è molto ricca (senza spiegare, lascerò parlare le foto); durante la colazione ci hanno servito il menù per scegliere la cena per la sera; e devo dire a parte la qualità ottima, la scelta era ogni giorno diversa dai giorni prima ed ogni giorno era una fantastica sorpresa!! Uno dei titolari oltre alla professionalità e la gentilezza è anche un ottimo sommelier, e avendo un'ottima cantina a disposizione è sempre riuscito ad abbinare ai nostri piatti, vini austriaci eccellenti.... Con la nostra prenotazione ci hanno messo a disposizione una "Stubai card" che ci ha permesso di avere ottime offerte e sconti su tante attività della valle (e vi garantisco che in quella valle troppe cose troverete da fare)... Per concludere siamo stati benissimo da ogni punto di vista. A mio parere impossibile rimanere delusi Very nice hotel in a quiet area in the Stubai valley. The rooms and the rest of the room are very clean and very welcoming, the staff is really knowledgeable and very kind. We booked three quarters pension; and we got to taste delicious dishes .. The breakfast is very rich (without explaining, I'll let the photos speak for themselves); during breakfast we were served the menu to choose dinner for the evening; and I must say apart from the excellent quality, the choice was different every day from the days before and every day was a fantastic surprise !! One of the owners in addition to professionalism and kindness is also an excellent sommelier, and having an excellent cellar available he has always managed to combine our dishes with excellent Austrian wines .... With our booking they gave us a "Stubai card" which allowed us to have excellent offers and discounts on many activities in the valley (and I guarantee you that you will find too many things to do in that valley) ... To conclude we had a great time from every point of view. In my opinion it is impossible to be disappointed

Amazing staff, cosy rooms, great wine card and superior cuisine: buffet breakfast, local produce with a lovely tendency towards details, wide range of selection for starters, several main dishes to choose from as well as desserts (chocolate fountain was my personal highlight). The hotel is equipped with an in-house beauty&wellness resort, with multiple saunas, hot tub and swimming pool, you can put yourself up for a massage or some special treatment. Nothing to complain. They organise daily hiking/mountaineering trips, ski lifts are just a walk away. Breathtaking surrounding. Dogs welcome. Excellent worth for the value!
