De familie Haider is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Neat room with a seat and good beds. Extensive breakfast buffet with delicious coffee. 2 minutes walk from the ski bus stop. The Haider family is very friendly and helpful.

Gebruik gemaakt van de broodservice voor het ontbijt en de heerlijke sauna na het skiën. Lokatie in St. Jakob is prima; slechts 3 minuten lopen van skibushalte (nauwelijks wachttijd 's ochtends). Super vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren die er alles aan doen om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Dat is bij ons goed gelukt! What a fantastic, well maintained, clean hotel! We were in the apartment for 6 people with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Made use of the bread service for breakfast and the lovely sauna after skiing. Location in St. Jakob is fine; only 3 minutes walk from ski bus stop (hardly any waiting time in the morning). Super friendly and hospitable owners who do everything to make their guests feel at home. That worked out well for us!
M	Marco Catanese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Viktoria Garni is a wonderful hotel. My spouse and I stayed here for a long weekend and were amazed with the room furnishings. The photos don’t do it justice, it exceeded our expectations! Parking was free and convenient. There was also a good breakfast, a ski room and access to a ski depot in St Anton so we didn’t have to bring our boots and skis back every night. I highly recommend staying here!

A few suggestions r - some legumes like tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers for breakfast will he appreciated, a bit more room in the breakfast area will be great, it tends to get crowded when full house, there is no help or easy way to carry ur luggage, if u r in the last floor u will just have to carry it, the mattresses in our BR were very soft, the same with the pillows, just heads up for people with back issues, the BRs in the apartment have one inclined wall which was an annoyance hitting it many times with the head
S	Sh4rkbait on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak for the accomodation quality, but I can speak for the way they handle bookings. I've been forced to pay for the room even if I never paid the down payment, which was mandatory for the reservation to even be fixed. They do not follow their own rules regarding the reservations. What ever you do, do not trust them with the booking unless you are 100% sure you know what you want, because I believe they have no control over their papers. They did not answer my questions via email or phone either, so do not expect any answers there.

First i was skeptical about the bus connection but it was very easy and nearby. Only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby.
