★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, not too far from the lifts. Internet access was a bit restrictive on, and I'm not sure why the bathroom has a viewing window into it from the rest of the room - it was a 4 bed room and privacy would have been nice when showering etc lol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and some friends stayed here when the bad snow hit Jan 2018... the staff kept us up to date on the avalanche warnings and access in and out of the village.
They made us feel so welcome and pointed us to the best steak house we have ever eaten..
The hotel is in my eyes a 5 Star and really close to the lifts and only takes ten mins to walk to the nightlife but takes 20 to get back when you have had a little to much to drink...lol

Offered free ski storage at Jennewein sport shop right next to the lift.
Customer service was amazing.
