Hotel location very closed to Train Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in a good location, convenient place near the subway U4, the furniture is cute and cozy. Wi-Fi works and it's fast. There's not A/C and in the bed there are no sheets and pillowcase. The bathroom has no window and it's not ventilated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I've staying in a long time. Staff were rude. I left my key in my room and was told if it happened again I would have to leave. Door locks don't work properly to my room and I was by the front hall and I could hear everything so couldn't sleep. Bedding was crap with duvet and pillows not having proper covers and they just provide a blanket and nothing extra. Towels were thin rough and small. Shower leak all over the floors and everything looked dated and at night you can hear everything. I will definite not stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my parents were here in august 2018 and the hotel made a good impression. The manager is a nice old lady who's always ready to help you and to tell if there's something interesting in Vienna like concerts, festivals, expositions, etc.
The rooms are clean and spacious, with high ceillings and cosy beds.
The hotel is in a few steps away from Schönbrunn Park, metro station Hietzing and supermarket Billa, in a calm old district.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best part of hotel is location. Right next to u-bahn and billa. Rooms are a little cramped, but beds are certainly comfortable. Bathroom is fine. Breakfast is decent. I would stay here again, it's nothing extravagant, but clean, comfortable and in a great part of town!
