In general we enjoyed our stay there. The quality price it is very good. Ow and the breakfast is very tasty ! It is true that it is not in the city center. But that's okay, there is a direct line to there as well as to the train station. There are also walking distance. What is less nice about the location is that the neighborhood looks poor and unsafe. We did not have any issues with the locals there. The rooms are small and it's okay when you are two people, not two + baby. Likely the weather allowed us to use the balcony. Our room cards didn't work for 4 times. That was a very annoying situation. The staff is generally super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Only one guy did not understand English so well. Likely he was barely ever alone so a colleague could come and help with the translation. It was around 30 degrees every day during our stay. Our first fan didn't work so well. It was nice to get a second one...but takes more space in the room. About the cleaning, it is nice that it is done every day. The last day though we received an extra bedsheet too small, and the Standard on how to make the bed and what to clean changed. We were confused and did not understand why they didn't not put the duvet and both side of the bed. Also it looked like they didn't touch the baby bed. I expected them to tidy it a bit. I would recommend this hotel to someone who wants something okay-ish nice, not to someone who wants something very nice. Likely we are okay-ish/nice people ?

Not a very pleasant place to stay, noisy, radiator was stuck on, staff are rude and quite argumentative, its a 20 min walk to town which is actually alright and you can always get a bus from the main road nearby, breakfast was okay. i feel like the art is just to cover up places so you can't see how run down the Hotel actually is. i don't recommend you go near this place.

Good hotel for the price and nice staff. The only problem we had was a little misunderstanding with the parking lot in the garage, but it worked out quite well in the end. The double rooms are not too big and there is no ventilation in the bathroom, still it has an artistic flare incomparable to other hotels we stayed in, in this price category. I would definitely recommend it to others who stay for a long weekend, since the bus connection to karlsplatz and the underground connection nearby are reliable and fast.

Yes this hotel located nearly (more or less) the airport. The room is clean, large enough, TV, WiFi and mini bar with drinks and snacks - that was really helpful - we came at night and around the hotel there is no opportunity to eat at all, only closed restaurant and shop. And there are no a lobby bar and parking also. But you find a friendly staff and good WiFi. And apples at the reception.

The old dude at the reception could be a bit nicer, or A LOT NICER in fact. The rooms are average, could see some upgrade or renovation. However, they are big enough, location is nice and the price fair. Late check-out will cost you half of the room price, though. Oh, plus tons of complaints and distrust from the service. Also, no air-conditioning in the rooms so no late sleeping in the south facing rooms.

I just needed a cheap place, close to the airport, to spend the night (august 1st). It was fine. It's an older place, not cute nor fancy. But the room was huge and the bathroom was good. The room had a big glass door, overlooking a patio. It was nice.

Very decently priced and great staff. Very friendly people who were willing to help us out. To be fair, the rooms were a bit outdated in my opinion, but you get A LOT more than what you pay for. If you're out to explore the city and not spend the day in your hotel, then I'd very much recommend the place. Location also has a great connection to pretty much anywhere in the city. You can take the u-bahn from the Hütteldorf park&ride which is quite decently priced (about €10 for the week if I'm correct -don't quote me on it)

I recently stayed at this hotel, which has an amazing aesthetic pleasing look from the first time you view it. You are welcomed by the most hospitable of staff members, and walk into a lobby that boasts local works of art accompanied by wonderful classic music to start your trip off in style. Highly recommended. I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. The staff know all the best spots to visit. The rooms are amazing and boast amazing views of the city. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as everyone I spoke to there. Local cuisine only adds to how beautiful this city is. I hope you enjoy your stay.
