Metro-Apartments - Schönbrunner Str. 203

The apartments are close to the city center (3 stops with U-bahn), but the area is quiet. The staff was nice and friendly. We had problems with temperature regulation in our room, it was way too hot there. Otherwise everything was OK. It is not the most luxurious and nicest of accommodations, but looking at the price... alogether I was satisfied.

Close to the place one can find different supermarkets and different foid stores. It's totally convenient. The staffs are really nice and helping. In our case the washbasin was blocked. In that case they offered us an alternative restroom, which was good as ours. The place is a bit far from city center. I would suggest that for everyone who want to have a comfortable place with reasonable price.

Diverging from the traditional hostel format, I love that they’re self contained apartments. You have an entrance, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen/dining area. There’s a cute outdoor garden with seating to enjoy the outdoors. The location is near transport so all areas of interest is easily accessible.

Stayed here for a weekend with a friend and we were both very happy with the place.The apartment was great, comfy and clean. Maybe the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (the toilet). Location was great as well. It's only like 2 min away from the train station and it takes like 10-15 mins to get to the city centre. Beds were good and the apartment was in good condition. It has kitchen appliances and there is a supermarket next door, so it's perfect if you want to save some money on meals because you can cook there. Everything was fantastic except for one little but important thing. We left today at check out time, 11 am, and were quite surprised to find out that we could only leave our luggage in the place until 12, because the person attending reception was leaving and so no one else from the staff would be there. It's not the biggest of deals but a bit annoying... Most people like us might have afternoon flights, hence will expect to be able to leave their luggage somewhere in order to enjoy the day. But in any case I would date here again and would recommend.

Good place to stay and has many shops nearby. Just improve WIFI connection we were not able to connect but nice place ?

The apartment was good. I recommend for any person with family visiting Vienna.

When you arrive at a hotel or apartment you expect it to be clean. At this time, I have to say we needed to clean the apartment and I mean really clean. As we arrived there were food crambs on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink from the previous guest and hair everywhere. There was no power in the main bedroom and the the heating system was not on. I called them and explained the problems and the guy said he would send someone to fix everything. He also explained the heater needed to be turned on, as the apartment was too big to leave it on the whole time (which is ok, but if you know you have guests coming you turn it on before they arrive). Someone came to turn it on and washed the dishes but didn't clean the floors or fixed the power. Than I decided to get Booking.com involved and only on the next day I got a call from the receptionist or manager (not sure). He said he sent someone to clean and he was informed it was cleaned. I sent videos and pictures to show it was not, he said he was sorry, and he sounded really sorry. He told me that they have a new extern house keeping company and they are not really satisfied with their work. About the power, he said he tried contacting me the night before and my phone was not working, which was a lie, coz I had my phone on the whole time and made sure it was working because I was expecting a call from them. He needed to send a technician to fix the power. Power that my father fixed himself, but switching in the main power cast. By that time we had showered and found out that the drain was clogged, so I informed him and he said they would send someone to clean it, which also didn't happen. While taking a shower, the hot water would also run out and 4 other people needed to have a cold shower. While talking to the guy he said he gave us a bigger apartment because we were a family of 5 and they wanted to give us more comfort. Which would have been perfect if it was clean. The Wi-Fi was not working in our apartment either. He said we needed to connect to it while we were in the "garden" and it would work inside but it didn't work, we had no Wi-Fi the whole time at the apartment. The bed linen was very clean, so clean you could see how stained the pillows were. Well, to resume, the only good thing about it, was the location, which was very convenient, but furthermore I would suggest to stay away from this place.
