We should have taken into consideration and read the reviews on this guest house before we booked the place. Yes, it is quiet a nice place and the female receptionist during the day was okay . However, the guy who covered during the early morning hours was rude and disrespectful towards clients. He has used phrases like " what the hell" and I don't see an excuse for this. If you are checking out at early hours this may not be a place for you. It is quite far from the city but there is a bus stop close by. there is no food place nearby and so make sure you have food for dinner I will never go back to this place and that is only because the guy is so so so rude.

What will make me absolutely never come back here, and actively discourage anyone from staying here, is the shocking rudeness of the male receptionist. When we entered the hotel for the first time, I explained to him that one of our party had just his finger partially slammed in our car door, so we'd very much appreciate if he could get some ice water. We did get the ice water, but not before a very loud sigh and being rudely informed that "if you have an emergency you go to the hospital". This set the tone for further inexcusable rudeness during our subsequent encounters with this man. Strongly recommend not to stay here!
C	Chirasmita B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receiptionist was like really rude.. plus couldn't find any other staff in the hotel, quite surprising!! There was no room service or housekeeping as well.. Rooms are good/comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Location is good as the bus stop is a 2 min walk from hotel. Taking the local transport is a good option to commute! No clue about the food as I usually don't prefer the hotel menu coz exploring the local food is what a traveller should do !! ? Overall I rate it 3 out of 5.

We had a very unpleasant experience: the waitress did not give us the menus to order our drinks and made us pay immediately (for one orange juice and a beer 10 Euros ... a lot, compared to similar places and as I said I haven' t seen the menu to confirm the prices). Drinks arrived after 15 minutes, and the cola glass was dirty, being full of lipstick traces. At our insistence she brought another glass, but I'm not sure there was another cola. The attitude of the waitress made us stop ordering anything else. I left very disappointed and convinced that I'm never going to visit this unfriendly place, lacking basic hygiene. As I mentioned in the beginning, I do not recommend !!!
S	Shaman Drood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are bright with daylight and very modern while still preserving traditional looks. Dinner menu (à la carte) is diverse, meals are delicious yet priced moderately. Bar area (smoking area) is small but welcoming, breakfast buffet also features ham&eggs, muesli, cheese selection and much more.

Reception desks are manned in daytime only making check-in and check-out inconvenient in other hours. The male staff's unwarranted rudeness towards guests is so very demeaning. The rooms do not have air conditioning and keeping the window open invites insects. Although the bus stand is near the bus serving this route appears to have long intervals in between. Overall cleanliness and housekeeping was OK. My stay with my friend was definitely not a pleasant one. The rudeness of the male staff will be always on our mind.

(Not much passion and smile on their face . But not rude . If you have any question , they'll answer you. Also , if you have any problem in your room , they'll help and fix it immediately. ) And they clean your room every single day . Change the whole towels every day. And the bed was comfortable and warm . I thought the room is gonna be very small before . But actually our room is pretty big , and the bathroom was awesome.

Next to the river and and excellent kitchen for dinner with finest quality of local foods. The beds are very comfortably and breakfast is also superb. Staying during covid they are quite understaffed with cleaning but I prefer an after stay clean anyways. Definitely recommend
