M	Michele Difronzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for the price. Easy to reach with the bus and has free parking place. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. There is a bar open 24/7. I can only recommend.

We got the room 201 , When we enter to the room , the bin is full of trash with all dirty plastic bottle , all dirty towel with big dirty mark all over it , the bed not even made . We went to the reception and ask to change the room . We finally change to 231 again the room have crazy smell and no towel , one more time we need to went to reception to ask for the towel . WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS ?? . We Make a big mistake , Please dont make the same one !!!

There was the second blanket in the closet but dirty and without a duvet cover. There were only 4 towels for 2 people, and no welcome drink was offered by the reception personnel. Even if it's obligatory in any Ibis hotel for the guests that are silver/gold/etc members, and my husband is a silver member. The bathroom was very small, and the WC was not clean. Plus, there was very loud music till 2 A.M.. Well, it was so loud that even the closed window didn't help. Never again.

They are kind, well-trained and very accommodating. The room is beautiful, with a great view and a very spacious bed for a good and relaxing sleep. We are surely coming back for more!

Had to spend around 10 minutes to find the entrance which is very inconvenient when you have luggage on you Also: workers will wake you up with their noise at 7 a.m. Also: room service will try to enter at 9 am. Also: they locked my room at 9:30 am on the day of departure, while I was having breakfast. If not that, would probably rate a bit higher.

Prices very ok This stay was totally the contrary and i feel one shld say also .... i arrived in a room without heating and asking if this was normal the reception very determinates sais yes cause u didnt pay a lot . Finally she said the hotel opened 4 days ago and works were not finished . i got a small plastic heat blower . we reserved by booking and nowhere was indicated there still were works . in the morning surprises went on with no suger available for the cofffee and where the apple juice machine was directed to my shoes and jean rather than to my glass ... Every beginning is difficult but i was one of the first clients in a B and B in Munchen and there it went perfect ...
