F	Fi Ona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent a lovely week at the Hotel Tannenbergerhof during our ski trip. The staff could not be faulted (especially Natalie, who served us all week with good humour and excellent wine recommendations), half board option was well worth it with delicious food and our own dedicated table for the week, our room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for the slopes of Lech and the wider ski region. The Eis bar outside hosted the best Apres Ski in Lech (in our opinion, wasn't as pretentious as some of the other bars). The only small downside was that smoking is allowed in the inside bar, this put us off sitting in there.

Ż	ŻabulA Z.A.F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed for one night but enjoyed it very much. The food in the restaurant was very good and tasted, very good wine selection, friendly atmosphere. The hotel rooms are perfectly clean, the beds are very comfortable. We could really relax. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Lots of eggs for breakfast. The egg omelette was perfect. Music allows you to calmly start a new day. We will be happy to come back again! The only negative for me is the lack of a coffee machine in the room. EDIT. Applies to restaurants. The best quality of food. Everything is always prepared in detail. Very good food and wine card. Service at a good level. Prices higher than a year ago but I will come again
S	Sarah Denman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasty, nasty service. The restaurant was full but we were advised that we could eat in the bar area. The bar staff were already terse when we arrived, but we were starving so decided to stay. We ordered our food and there was a misunderstanding with our order - we asked for one starter and the server thought we had asked for two. Easy mistake to make, and when they said they thought we had ordered two we were extremely friendly and polite about the error. The extra starter was snatched away from us in an agressive and rude way, no apology, no comment that there must have been a misunderstanding. When we later asked for the bill, it never appeared. I had to go round to the bar to ask to pay where the two servers were just stood chatting and seemed extremely annoyed that I'd disturbed them. In a bid to lighten the situation (this should surely be the servers' job, not the customer's...) I tried to make some light conversation about Lech being busy that evening. It was met with further rudeness and a comment about three waiters being off that evening. Staffing problems should never be taken out on customers. Arrogant customer service at its worst.
