W	Waltraud Marie Alterauge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn das Hotel 3 Sterne hätte, wäre es einigermaßen ok, aber 4 Sterne sind einfach nicht gerechtfertigt. Alles schon irgendwie ok, aber nicht gut. Zimmer und gesamte Einrichtung seit mind 15 eher 20 Jahren unverändert, Restaurant, Zimmer und Flure total überheizt. "Spa" sehr dürftig. Bedienungen aber sehr freundlich. If the hotel was 3 stars it would be ok, but 4 stars just isn't justified. Everything is ok, but not good. Rooms and entire facility for at least 15 rather 20 years unchanged, restaurant, rooms and hallways totally overheated. "Spa" very poor. But the waiters were very friendly.
D	David Hoheisel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes aber auch deftiges Essen, die Zimmer sind geräumig (etwas im Investitionsstau) aber derzeit zu warm 01/22 lässt sich leider auch nicht selbst regeln (Anfrage bei der Rezeption - morgen sollte es besser / kühler sein - ohne Erfolg) Wellnessbereich sehr schön sauber hell mit Handtüchern Tee und Wasser sowie auch Säften und kaltem Tee - TOP! Tolle Lage und Aussicht. Erreichbarkeit zum nächsten Skilift per Bus Auto oder sogar zu Fuß! Der skischuhraum ist sogar mit heizelementen für die Schuhe ausgestattet Very good but also hearty food, the rooms are spacious (a bit in the investment backlog) but currently too warm 01/22 unfortunately cannot be regulated by yourself (request at the reception - tomorrow it should be better / cooler - without success) Wellness area very nice, clean, bright with towels, tea and water, as well as juices and cold tea - great! Great location and view. Accessibility to the next ski lift by bus, car or even on foot! The ski boot room is even equipped with heating elements for the boots
