★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely small hotel, if you call ahead they can arrange late check in. Just about walkable from the railway station depending on luggage. Good breakfast, rooms could do with better illumination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very kind and considerate, I asked a quick question about buses and went to dinner. When I got back she printed out the timetables for the buses I needed! Great staff who care about their customers.
I had a solo room, which was clean, well maintained, and good value for the price. The room is fairly small, but I didn't mind.
Wifi had some dead zones in my room (furthest down the hall) but I could work around by moving to other spots in the room.
Bus 1 (green line) stops right outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a facility a decent 3 star hotel. Good points: breakfast was adequate, coffee decent, friendly staff. Why not a higher rating? Possibly the worst bed I’ve slept in in 20 years. The mattress was soft and thin, so thin I could feel the support slats. And every movement the bed recorded loudly. When my partner moved in the night, the noise of the bed woke me - and it was the same for her when I moved. Needless to say non-sleep related activities must’ve entertained the other lodgers.
