The ski guides are talented & knowledgeable & it makes the ski experience the best ever. Lots of fun & laughter on & off the slopes, I can’t wait to go back.

The guiding is fantastic, new places everyday and no need to worry about getting your piste map out. Had to amend my booking a few times due to Covid, Yana is so responsive and always tries to find a solution. Rooms are basic but so clean and lovely little touches to make them feel homely. The bar is well stocked and the food is tasty and plentiful!! Thank you for looking after us so well, we’ll be back soon!!

I just felt warm and tingly inside and incredibly happy to see the twinkly lights and chat with the wonderful staff. Lots of friends and acquaintances had also made it out there and we all just relished in the exceptional ski guiding, delicious food, continuous laughter in the communal bar and peaceful aura of the mountains. Nowhere captures the essence of skiing quite like the Staffler.. I have been again since to race my medic friends down freshly powdered slopes and am going again with my daughter for half term. As I said, it is just like coming home..
J	J Far on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant week!! All the staff were helpful and friendly. Chef Jamie was only to help out with my fussy food habits being met. All the meals were plentiful . Front of house was very helpful with updates on travel restriction changes. Great team led by great management , 5⭐️s all round.

The guest is king at The Staffler and nothing is too much trouble. The food and atmosphere are excellent and the ski guiding is an excellent bonus if required. Nick, Yana and the whole team make you feel welcome from the off.

More of a club than a straightforward hotel.You are treated as guest instead of being a ‘customer’ With a warm welcome from the super friendly staff and fantastic ski guiding taking you to the best slopes ( and mountain restaurants). Don’t expect 5* luxury rooms, but they are perfectly comfortable and clean. You won’t be disappointed with your trip to the Staffler.

You will book your next ski holiday before even leaving. Please note: the reviews below 4* seem to be from people who have only visited The Staffler's bar rather than staying there. Unfortunately the only picture I have from inside The Staffler is of their second-floor carpet which I wish was in my home, so please do enjoy the view from the top of the mountain.

The food was delicious, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the guides were great. I can't recommend it enough. They took us to resorts throughout the area, divided us into skill levels and knew the mountains really well. I would recommend this to anyone looking to do a lot of skiing.
