p	paul bonn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Platzer. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially considering we were travelling with small children. Getting ski passes right at the front desk was convenient, and the discounts for the ski-rentals across the street were a nice bonus. The food and service were excellent! The location of the hotel was perfect - literally next to the ski school where we dropped off our children who were learning to ski for the first time. Zillertal Arena is a wonderful and huge ski area - Gerlos is right in the middle of it. At the end of our ski day we could ski right down to the hotel. Having the ski lockers in the hotel was very helpful as well - and very nice with the boot dryers/warmers built-in to the lockers!

Able to ski back almost to the door at the end of the day. Great food, meticulously clean and with staff that are enthusiastic, welcoming and always smiling. Highly recommended, We travelled as a group of eight Guys and we were all very well looked after, many Thanks we had a great time.

Connie was amazing and all the staff we interacted with was superb. Such a friendly bunch. They accommodated us and even showed us rooms we could choose between. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. This hotel should be a 5 star not 4 star. The rooms are immaculate. We stayed in a junior suite and it’s better than most 5 stars we’ve stayed in before. Also the food in the restaurant was delicious. It was proper home cooked food and the ingredients were so fresh. Thank you for making this a delightful experience for us. :)

Everything what Hotel Platzer has to offer is from a high quality and standard. If it's the swimmingpool, wellness, rooms or food; it's all fantastic. Furthermore, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We were here for the second time but we will definitly return to this beautiful located hotel! It is worth every Euro!!
