T	Thomas Ziniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen zwar gut, aber total überteuert. Kellner war total überfordert und reagiert auf Wünsche und Kritik nur trotzig. War nicht fähig, ein Glas für ein einjähriges Baby aufzuwärmen. Speisekarte stimmt nicht mit den eigentlichen Speisen zusammen. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert, 1 Stern nur weil 0 Stern nicht möglich war. Überteuerte Möchtegern gehobene Gastronomie mit überteuerten Preisen und absolut unfreundlichem Personal. The food is good, but totally overpriced. The waiter was totally overwhelmed and only responded defiantly to requests and criticism. Wasn't able to warm up a glass for a one year old baby. The menu does not match the actual dishes. All in all not recommendable, 1 star only because 0 star was not possible. Overpriced would-be fine dining with overpriced prices and absolutely unfriendly staff.
L	Lenka Miyanohara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Hotel, was uns am meisten gefallen war, war die Lage- sehr nah am Bahnhof und auch nur kurzer Spaziergang (ca 10 Minuten) in die Stadt. Check-in war problemlos und was absolut toll ist- Hunde sind erlaubt! Natürlich muss man wissen, ob sein Hund auch alleine im Zimmer bleiben kann und andere Gäste nicht stört. Unser kann das schon und wir ließen ihn nach langem Ausflug am Vormittag im Zimmer ruhen, während wir dann die Schloss besuchten. Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr sauber, da gibt es nichts zum Meckern. In der Früh war sehr nettes Service, zusätzlich konnte man dazubestellen, wenn etwas nicht im Buffet war. Im Restaurant haben wir uns Brathendl bestellt, sehr lecker und auch interessant aufgeführt. Wir warteten auch nicht lange, man konnte dazwischen mit netten Wein plaudern. Bedienung immer nett, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, wie manche Kommentare hier, dass der Kellner genervt wäre. Gaz normal, ich mag sogar gar nicht, wenn die Bedienung überfreundlich ist und sich zu viel kümmert. Preis-Leistung sehr gut, sollten wir wieder in Eisenstadt übernachten, werden wir sicher hier ein Zimmer buchen. Very nice hotel, what we liked most was the location - very close to the train station and only a short walk (about 10 minutes) into town. Check-in was easy and what is absolutely great - dogs are allowed! Of course you have to know whether your dog can stay alone in the room and not disturb other guests. Ours can do that and after a long trip we let it rest in the room in the morning while we then visited the castle. Room and bathroom very clean, there is nothing to complain about. In the morning was very nice service, you could also order something if it wasn't in the buffet. In the restaurant we ordered roast chicken, which was very tasty and interesting. We didn't wait long either, we could chat with nice wine in between. Service always nice, we didn't have the feeling, like some of the comments here, that the waiter was annoyed. Gaz normal, I don't even like it when the service is overly friendly and cares too much. Very good value for money, should we stay in Eisenstadt again, we will definitely book a room here.

Das Service war von Anfang bis zum Schluss erstklassig und auch der Schmäh hat nicht gefehlt. Das Essen war ebenfalls super und Suppe, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise waren top. Kann es bedingungslos für Feiern jeglicher Art empfehlen. Excellent managed hotel. We all felt very comfortable at the party. The service was first class from start to finish and there was no lack of humor. The food was also great and the soup, starter and main course were great. Would recommend unconditionally for celebrations of any kind.
