★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel simply cancelled my reservation which i had made via Booking.com without providing feedback to my message which i had previously sent. After that, i reached out to the hotel and asked them to reinstate my booking with them directly under the same conditions i had on Booking.com. They refused and they did not provide information why nobody reacted to my message on Booking.com
Overall, I have never experienced such a lack of support and creation of negative feelings from any hotel I have been to, especially 4 stars as they advertise themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is scam. Please be aware that if you book this hotel via booking.com and hotel would get better proposal - they will cancel your booking citing stupid reasons - like we cannot change your card.
The conditions said - free cancellation until February, what kind of charge you need to do now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Regina. The rooms are very spacious and clean and de food is excellent. The service is always with a smile. The location is top, next to the ski lift. I would highly recommend this hotel!
