Offenheit, Klarheit, Freiraum und Großzügigkeit, gepaart mit ansprechendem Design (ohne dabei auf Bequemlichkeit oder Funktionalität zu verzichte, wie man es mancherorts heutzutage hat). Ein exklusives Refugium: herzliches und qualitativ in jeder Hinsicht spitzenmäßig. Ansprechendes Design, wertige Materialen, authentische zuvorkommende Gastgeber und eine Küche auf Spitenniveau. Man muss es erlerben, es lässt sich gar nicht so gut in Worte fassen. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe und Leidenschaft drin steckt. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! My new favorite hotel in Sölden and all of Tyrol. Openness, clarity, freedom and generosity, paired with an appealing design (without sacrificing comfort or functionality, as is the case in some places these days). An exclusive retreat: warm and top quality in every respect. Appealing design, high-quality materials, authentic courteous hosts and top-level cuisine. You have to experience it, it's hard to put into words. You can tell that there is a lot of love and passion in it. Unreserved recommendation!
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird deutlich, dass sich die Köpfe, die dieses Hotel geplant haben, sehr viele detailverliebte Gedanken zum Konzept gemacht haben. Von der einladenden und praktischen Architektur und Raumausstattung (Skikeller, riesige Garagenstellplätze, Fitnessraum...), dem tollen Personal (special thanks an die Dame an der Rezeption und den Barkeeper), den vielen verschiedenen nutzbaren und hilfreichen Räumlichkeiten bis hin zu der perfekten Temperatur des Pools, des schon fast poetischen Konzepts der einzelnen selbstdesignten Cocktails, des angenehmen Geruchs im gesamten Hotel und der süßen kleinen Geschenke zur An- und Abreise. Wir waren sehr zufrieden im Secret und wünschen dem ganz frisch eröffneten Hotel viel Erfolg in der Zukunft. It is clear that the people who planned this hotel put a lot of thought into the concept with a great deal of attention to detail. From the welcoming and practical architecture and interior design (ski cellar, huge garage parking spaces, gym...), the great staff (special thanks to the lady at reception and the bartender), the many different usable and helpful spaces, to the perfect temperature of the pool, the almost poetic concept of the individual self-designed cocktails, the pleasant smell throughout the hotel and the sweet little gifts on arrival and departure. We were very satisfied at the Secret and wish the newly opened hotel every success in the future.

Das Konzept ist genial: Wirklich gut geschnittene und aufgeteilte Apartments mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung. Ein wunderschöner Wellness&Spa Bereich, Fitness mit Aussicht auf die Bergwelt, die Lobby dient als Wohnzimmer in dem man sich von der Tagesbar nach Belieben Getränke und Snacks nehmen kann. Im Hotel gibt es einen riesigen Pick-Up-Store mit Snacks und Getränken aus Verkaufsautomaten alternativ steht einem das Hotel Restaurant mit französisch-alpiner Fusionküche zu Verfügung. Aus der Skybar des Hotels hat man eine Wahnsinns Aussicht auf die Berge! Alles im allen ein top Konzept und alles noch ganz neu ? Before the opening (March 4, 2022) I was able to tour the apartment resort The Secret. The concept is ingenious: Really well-designed and divided apartments with very high-quality equipment. A beautiful wellness & spa area, fitness with a view of the mountains, the lobby serves as a living room where you can take drinks and snacks from the day bar as you like. In the hotel there is a huge pick-up store with snacks and drinks from vending machines, alternatively the hotel restaurant with French-Alpine fusion cuisine is available. From the hotel's sky bar you have an amazing view of the mountains! All in all a great concept and everything is brand new ?

Das kulinarische Angebot ist hervorragend und das Ambiente vom Feinsten - alles neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Herzhaftes Frühstück, traumhaft schöner feiner Pool und ein freundliches hilfsbereites Team. Hier kann man seine Seele so richtig baumeln lassen und freudvoll entspannen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist TOP! Ich komme wieder . . . What a pleasure to be here. A beautiful hotel with tastefully furnished rooms to make you feel good. The culinary offer is excellent and the ambience is the finest - everything is new, very clean and well-kept. Hearty breakfast, fantastically beautiful fine pool and a friendly helpful team. Here you can really let your soul dangle and relax joyfully. The price-performance ratio is TOP! I'll be back . . .
J	Julia Jaskólska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend staying at the Secret Solden Hotel. Be careful it may be a scam! We booked our stay on booking.com via their partners (TUI Ferienhaus). We found out that the hotel has not opened yet but we were fully charged already. There is no option to talk with anyone from the hotel but their front desk manager to get the money back. For three weeks now we try to get our money back from TUI and the hotel. If the hotel even exists, they don’t support their guests in getting the refund. They say they talk to TUI and the money has been sent but nothing like this happened. Our money was stolen! If this hotel exists they would have taken responsibility and pay the money back. Especially if they claim they are expensive, high quality hotel. Be careful!!!

Employees are very helpful and friendly. Nice swimmingpool. Location perfect. Just few minute Walk to Gaislachkogelbahn. Great skiroom with heaters. Breakfast is buffet but first days we got a la carte Because hotel was almost empty. Will come back for sure

The breakfast is stunning, and if you’re skiing it’s a 3 minute walk to the Gaislachkogelbahn lift. The most impressive part of the hotel are the people who work here, so kind and friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure!

The hotel management team around Penelope did an amazing job to feel as welcomed by minute one. Both cars got unloaded, welcome drinks fresh prepared and all set for an amazing holiday trip. The hotel itself is furnished with a lot of design thinking and love for details. Our rooms have been huge and I would always recommend to go for the Signature room, again. The view from the hotel room as from the sky bar are wonderful. Needless to say that the sunny balcony is a perfect match to the open bar in the afternoon. The hotel owned restaurant is an amazing experience as well. Not that often, that high expectations that pops up when you are in these retreats fit that extraordinary to the meals that are served...but at The Secret it's a perfect match that outperforms expectations. We even got a handmade birthday cake as dessert for present...the details. The service is just perfect. Kind, professional and pro active looking for opportunities to make your stay special. Thanks Penelope & Team for making our stay unforgettable.
