M	Miquel Coll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a booking with them. 6 days before our reservation (for my wife and I) my wife had to undergo emergency and unplanned heart surgery. I tried to cancel our reservation 4 days before our reservation and although I understand their rules don´t let them return any cancelled reservation they can allow it. They did not care. Sadly this place is managed by insensitive people :( There are rules. And then there are situations that require a little bit of empathy. I would never recommend this place to anyone then.
M	Marcel Mokoš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular in this hotel. Best about it is location in the center. Rooms and hotel is not modern but everything is functional and maintained. Everyone is nice here and all receptionists speak fluent English. The reception is on second floor take the elevator since these Vienna buildings have one extra floor called mezonin. I am enjoying breakfast here. They serve same breakfast every morning as an open buffet. I would enjoy some more food variations since I am staying at this hotel multiple nights every month. For someone coming for few night the options are rich. PS: take your time and look at the painting in the breakfast room it is hilarious ?
M	Miguel Praça on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, stunning building, just a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro and Trams. The staff is very nice and polite! The rooms are rather small and on the first day the covers were a little dusty. I'm sure it was a one time thing, but it's worth a mention. The only true downside to this hotel is the breakfast area which is very, very tiny. On the first morning we arrived around 7:30am and were the only ones there. On the second day we came a little later, around 9am and could not be seated for a while. It's not the Hotel's fault, as they are only using what they can, but bear in mind that you really should go have breakfast as soon as you can! That said, I'd stay here again. Good price/quality ratio.

V	Viktor German on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent location, right around the corner from Rathaus and Christmas market. Very close to everything in Vienna. Administrator Martin is very friendly and helpful. We had paid for the hotel back in March 2020 but could not come due to COVID-19 lockdown. Our reservation was non-refundable but the hotel agreed to keep it with open date. So we came in December 2021, actually 20 month later. So they kept their word and were very kind and friendly. Very good hotel, excellent price/quality ratio, very friendly and responsive.
