★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners and staff pleasant. rooms had balcony overlooking mountain and extra warm, comfortable bed, feather duvee, pillows very odd. Lots of antique items on each landing. Animal furs on walls. Quaint Austrian Tyrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel looks good until get in. I don't enjoy all those dead animals hanged all around the stairs. The food is awful, super salty amd nothing special. They don't provide soap and shampoo inside the rooms. They also pretend to be a 4 stars Hotel and don't accept credit cards. How could we pay a more that 1000 euros bill in cash without an ATM around?
The only good and excellent thing is the SPA. Equiped with a nice Sauna, Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi. Great to relax after a Ski day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel leaves a really good impression, although credit/debit cards are not an accepted method of payment. I’ve stayed there for one week during winter. The rooms are quite cosy, warm and clean, though there wasn’t enough soap provided for one week stay. There’s a lot of trophies hanging around, so if you’re touchy to hunting this may bother you. The staff is polite and helpful. What leaves a somewhat worse impression is that the owner sometimes gets furious in front of guests. Food served in the hotel’s restaurant is really good, especially buffet breakfasts and dinners. There’s enough parking spots to park your car without issues at the end of the season (in March). Hotel has a dedicated ski storage equipped with ski boot heaters.
