★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at hotel norica this weekend with a group from northern ireland. Hotel was great and the staff were exceptional especially Marcus he went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. Will return with my family next year.thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent stay during Christmas Holidays in Norica Palais. Very clean and recently renovated building, having direct access through underground tunnel to Therme, and within a walking distance to ski station.
The food was delicious, the service was very good, children friendly staff.
Steak & Meer restaurant located at ground floor of Norica Palais proved to be a refined choice for lunch or dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Hotel in a beautiful mountain valley. The hotel has a modern but very cozy atmosphere. The spa is brand new, big and just super relaxing. What is more, there is even a tunnel to the even bigger "Alpen Thermal Spa" with more and bigger pools and saunas. You can easiyl walk there in your swimsuits and bathrobe from your hotelroom (the tunnel is heated). The breakfast buffet is second to none. A huge variety of local food. Also the dinners were delicious and beautifully served. It is also worth to mention that the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Definitely would go back there. Highly recommend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it there. The area is wonderful and the fact that we had direct access to the thermal water was just perfect. We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel, the evenings and the relaxed atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the centre of the city and made up of various buildings all linked to the main section, which is connected to the Alpentherme through an underground tunnel.
Meals are good, but wine list is short.
Rooms are comfortable and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very nice and we return to this hotel every year. The food is of a confusing quality f.e. the sauce is delicious but the meat is unchewable etc... This hotel has a direct access to the thermal spas and has its own spas... All of that is very enjoyable. Will return again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although recently renovated, the Design and the atmosphere is of a three stars hotel;
For the coffee lovers: there is no coffe machine in the room! The coffee they serve at breakfast is not good at all; I asked for a coffee from the bar in the first morning; the waiter said they do not have another coffee except for what he brought me.. after a few minutes, he came with a good illy coffee; the next morning, another waitress told me she did not find the illy beans when I asked for a good coffee….
The fruits at the breakfast were not fresh!
The rest of the meals were delicious!
The pool too small, very crowded!
The spa is great; after 15pm only naked area!
At the public spa, next to Norica hotel only mixed naked area!
The room was quiet and clean!
A hotel too expensive for what it offers!
