Manche Navigationsgeräte haben Probleme, das Haus zu finden. Friendly owners, good and very clean rooms, good breakfast ,. House is in the center, everything in the city can be reached on foot. Some navigation devices have problems finding the house.

Die Zimmer sind zum Wohlfühlen und angenehm groß, die Familie Pokorny und ihre MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und immer um die Gäste bemüht! Das Haus liegt zentral und jetzt ist auch die Therme inkludiert - top! Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung - egal ob als Paar im Urlaub oder auf "Mädelswanderwochenende" We have been coming back to this hospitable hotel for years. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the Pokorny family and their staff are very friendly and always take care of their guests! The house is centrally located and now the thermal bath is also included - great! An absolute recommendation - whether as a couple on vacation or on a "girls' hiking weekend"
D	David Muca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist die Location auf den Bildern nicht das, was man tatsächlich bekommt. Einrichtung ziemlich billig, nicht so, wie auf den Bildern versprochen wird. Die Gastfreundschaft ließ auch eher zu wünschen übrig, was vielleicht auch dem Corona-Frust zuzuschreiben ist. Wahr hingegen ist das üppige Frühstück, das serviert wird. Alles in allem aber eher nicht zu empfehlen. Unfortunately the location in the pictures is not what you actually get. Furnishings quite cheap, not what is promised in the pictures. The hospitality also left a lot to be desired, which may also be due to the Corona frustration. What is true, however, is the sumptuous breakfast that is served. All in all, not recommended.

A	Alexander Bobrovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm visiting this hotel every year for last 5 or 6 years. And I can say that this is one of the best hotels in Bad Hofgastein! Very good and clean rooms, exceptional breakfast, and of course very warm and affectionate welcome from the owner, Frau Pocorny. The hotel is situated in the center of the village, 5 minutes walk from Alpenthermen and approx. 15 minutes from the ski lift (but you can take a free bus, which has a stop only 50 meters from the hotel's doors). And of course, very important, at least for me, you can spend cold evenings with a glass of hot mulled wine at the chimney corner.
