Hotel Nesslerhof

Would love to visit again! Came as a family of 3 and we all loved it.

Loved the rooms, the food, the SPA, simply everything...

The Hotel is very good. The Rooms are very modern designed and you have enough space. The Location is wonderfull. I stayed at Nesslerhof and went skiing and snowboarding. Nesslerhof has also a very big Wellnes and Spa area with 3 different pools and lots of saunas. The Personal also called as "Gästeflüsterer" are very nice.

Everything was perfect! The room was large, comfortable and clear. The staff: very-very nice. Food was excellent. The Wellness area is great too. We really enjoyed our time here.

The best hotel in the world. Location is close to ski cable car also children can ski near the hotel. You can rent ski next door to the hotel. Facilities are wonderful, they offer adults-only area with saunas and steam bath and common area for parents with children. Don't miss half-board because they have delicious food! Every day they offer starters, soups, 4 different main dishes, assortment of salads, cheeses and ice-cream. They also offer lunch with soups and salads. You will never be hungry at the hotel. Gym is also good and they have different trainings like yoga or cross training with coach. There are also kids rooms, games like table football and billiard. It's exceeded all expectations. 100% recommended!

Great Hotel, very nice food, very friendly staff, right next to the ski lift. Spacious rooms and large wellness area - will definitely come again!

This is wonderful place and fantastic facilities. One of the best that we have been with our 7 month old daughter. Very much recommend to everybody book suite!!! Everything above expectations

To put first things first: the Nesslerhof is a really great wellness hotel. The food is really amazing, often on a level with Michelin star kitchen. Even the vegetarian options are great and do not feel like somebody has to improvise (as it does so often in such hotels). The wellness area is really nice, with a lot of space and silent areas. The different saunas make up for an excellent choice and are always clean, and (almost never) crowded. The rooms are at 4+ stars standard, nothing spectacular but exactly what you would expect. We also had some massage that was very professional and of great quality. Now the downside: the service really does not live up (at least when we were visiting) to what anyone would expect from a hotel at this level and price. It is more like an average 3 star. Before you arrive, you get a questionnaire about several things you could pre-book. You are also asked whether you have certain wishes or requirements. We pre-booked several things for our room and said that one of our company would not drink alcohol. Before our arrival, we received a written response confirming these things. But when we arrived none of these things were in our room and the first thing that was offered to everyone was a glass of sparkling wine. It took us several additional communications and 48 hours until the service stopped asking whether we wanted "some wine". While this was the most annoying point for us, there were others you would not expect: 1) we sometimes had to wait for 10-15 minutes to be served after taking our table, 2) one night the orders from ours and the table next to us were mixed up, 3) once you had ordered the first drinks, it was really hard to get a second round, 4) at the afternoon buffet, it was virtually impossible to order any drinks unless you sit at the bar and wait for 10 minutes to catch the waiter before everyone else does. All this might have to do with the specific time when we travelled (November). In any case, if Nesslerhof improves its service, we would not hesitate to book there again.
