Staff is welcoming and the hospitality is just great. Food is delicious. We are a group of 16 and stayed for 5 nights. It was just super! Do not miss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed three nights. The location was perfect just above the Billa shop, pharmacy and other amenities. Very close to the cable cart. Apartment was clean and spacious. Furniture little dated but well looked after. Garage parking for free. The hallway smelled of smoke. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from our room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from a great family ski holiday staying at Hotel Kristall with our 3 teenage children. Highlights for us include
- fab food all week. Couldn't fault anything
- warm and inviting hosts
- excellent sauna area with juices and teas readily available
- games room with table tennis air hockey and table football
- access to swimming pool in sister hotel 10 mins walk away
- opposite green run and 5 mins walk from gondola
- reasonably priced taxi from airport arranged by hotel in under an hour
