★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in the city center, tram stop just in front. Simple buffet breakfast but reasoanbly priced and with local/bio products. room was confortable, clean and had everything you needed.

However, while I'm sleeping in the morning, someone used the key and entered my room. He/she seemed to notice me and went out soon, but I'm little scared. I believe that is just an employee's mistake... so I rated ☆4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room was reserved for a business trip for two nonsubsequent nights. The first stay was nice and I must say it is a really beaufiful and modern hotel. But although the second stay was explicitely reserved for a late check-in, my room reservation was given to someone else and the hotel was full already, which is something you don't want to happen at midnight when you arrive in the city tired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at the check-in which completely ruined our one day stay
When we came for check-in there was a “problem” with my payment. Since I’ve already had an experience with this kind of a “problem” I was trying to explain the situation to the lady at the front desk and nicely asked her if she could contact the reservation department or booking.com as their partner because the “problem” was not on my side.
To my surprise she was VERY RUDE and strictly said that I have to pay again which was completely unacceptable since IT HAS BEEN PAID ALREADY and instead of helping me she looked at me like I was from another planet! Lack of empathy and absolute ZERO will to solve the problem. It is very sad that the receptionist was unqualified and also obviously hate her job. There was also a guy at the front desk he at least tried to explain where is the problem on their side and what should I say to the operator on booking.com but more or less his behavior was all the same. Is it some kind of speciality in your hotel? The guest should solve your problems with reservation system?! Jesus christ - “It is never like this with booking.com, you always need to pay at the check-in” - and guess what! You DON’T!
In the end it took me at least 45 minutes to discuss hotels problem with booking.com and here comes another surprise - the lady receptionist just said “It is all done and paid”. ???!!
And you know what? NO APPOLOGIZE!! NO EXPLANATION HOW THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED AND WHY IT HAD HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Dear MOTEL ONE if this is a way how you threat your guest, that was my last time visiting you!
+ the lady at the front desk in the morning was very kind and smily but still this behaviour on the check-in absolutely does not correspond to the standards of hotel like this and we felt very unwelcome!!
+ The room was cosy, nice, calm and clean
+ parking nearby for 15 EUR
