Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Although we did not spend the night in the hotel, but we got stress-free a fishing license for the small lake and rented a boat. Very nice and courteous service. I can only recommend.
C	Christian Hennings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind leider im Seehotel gelandet, keine Ahnung warum es noch Hotel heisst, total abgewohnte Zimmer, keinerlei Hotelservice vor Ort, Eingang Abends über den dunklen Parkplatz ins stockdustere Hotel auf der Suche nach einem Lichtschalter. Ich glaube das sagt so ziemlich alles. Lage ist eigentlich super, wenn man sich nicht schämen müsste in die Bruchbude zu gehen. Kein WLAN oder sonst irgendetwas was mit einem Hotel zu tun hat. Das andere Hotel, wo man zum frühstücken hin muss, ist übrigens sehr schön, geht also doch irgendwie, keine Ahnung warum man ein Geisterhotel in den Stadtkern stellen muss. Wer es auf den Seezugang anlegt, der ist in anderen Hotels besser bedient, wenn nicht am besten an den öffentlichen Strandbädern. Die ca. 25 Liegen im viel zu kleinen Stegbereich für 2 Hotels werden schon früh morgens mit Handtüchern reserviert. Für Familien mit Kindern nicht empfehlenswert. Der Preis ist am Ende des Tages für das Gesamtpaket Bruchbude eine Frechheit. Unfortunately we ended up in the Seehotel, no idea why it is still called a hotel, totally worn-out rooms, no hotel service on site, entrance in the evening through the dark parking lot into the pitch-dark hotel in search of a light switch. I think that pretty much says it all. The location is actually great, if you don't have to be ashamed to go to the dump. No wifi or anything else that has to do with a hotel. The other hotel, where you have to go for breakfast, is very nice, so it works somehow, no idea why you have to put a ghost hotel in the city center. If you want to access the lake, you will be better served in other hotels, if not best at the public bathing beaches. The approx. 25 loungers in the far too small jetty area for 2 hotels are reserved with towels early in the morning. Not recommended for families with children. At the end of the day, the price is a joke for the total dump package.
