Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening so we had to make other dinner arrangements.
G	Guided Motorbike Tours Ltd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived as a group of 11 having booked 8 rooms. On arrival we're told that we only had 5 rooms, triple rooms. Apparently the owner sent a message to us whilst we were away saying she'd changed the rooms as she'd made an error. So the hotel thought splitting up couples and putting one of them in a room with another couple was acceptable. This of course upset my clients but after a frantic negotiation we managed to get the rooms we wanted. The food was good and restaurant staff were great. Rooms are dated and no air con. The older woman (assume the owner) was rude and arrogant and certainly deluded when it comes to clients needs. Will not be rebooking It's a self check in hotel, keys are in paper bags by the entrance. Very confusing and lacks customer service at front of house. Heavy metal trash music bellowing from restaurant. Guy who I dealt with was flustered, kept saying I'm just the Chef it's not my problem. Perhaps the owner should take heed of this advice and start running her own hotel
A	Aleksandr Gildi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful small hotel in 15 min driving of Innsbruck. Not super-new, but rooms are cozy and clean and breakfast is good. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Outside is fantastic Alpine landscape! Evening meal is also available in restaurant on the 1st floor. Parking lots near the entrance. Absolutely good place for its price

The owner is the chef in the kitchen presenting excellent meals and his lovely wife works on the front desk. Basic, but clean and comfortable rooms with wonderful views. We've stayed here twice, and enjoyed both visits.
