The hotel is beautiful. Nothing fancy, but great for staying couple of days in Vienna. It is located in the 6th district, which is not far from the center, Schönbrunn Palace, Haus des meres, Westbahnhof, Naschtmarkt, Mariahilfer Straße... It is a 5 minute walk from U3 or U4 lines. Additionally, bus lines 57, 14A and 13A stop across the street (for coming back, only 57 stops in front of the hotel!!!!!!), which, if used wisely can help a lot. The district on its own is beautiful as well. Many shops, cafes, markets and pharmacys can be found nearby. The furniture is bit outdated, but functional and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful about transportation, restaurant recommendations, open markets late at night etc. The reception and hotel is open daily until 9 pm. After that you need key to get in. This means at your last day you can leave your luggage there and pick it up before 9. I would suggest booking with breakfast because the buffet is plenteous and it will save you money. I especially loved the freshly baked bread and croissants. The breakfast is served from 7 to 10 (I think). There is an elevator in the hotel, but it is old, so I didn't use it except for the first time, as it made scary sounds haha. But, a healthy person does not need it, as the hotel is only one or two floors. I didn't have any problems with the WiFi (you may have problems because there are several networks, so you have to find out which one is closest to your room). About the heating issue, there are two radiatiors in tbe room(one in the bathroom, one in the room) which can be easily adjusted to your preference. There was enough space in the room for two people, as we were there only during the night. But, I can agree that the shower was tight, and the wardrobe (even though I didn't use) is small. After all, it is a hotel room :D There are two reasons why I give this hotel 4 stars. First, the breakfast is the same every day. Yes, it is good and plentiful, but eating the same food for 6 days can be boring. I recommend small changes and add-ons every couple of days. Second, they do not have any smoking area, so you have to smoke in front of the entrance door which is not pleasant. I know that the location of this hotel(directly at the street) and the type of buildings in Vienna do not leave room for patio or garden, but a balcony or a roof terrace can solve this problem. ?❤

Shame to the hotel. I booked yesterday 4 nights, and authorities of Austria took covid full lockdown. The hotel don't want to give me refund, although the hotel is closed by authorities. I want to go there, but I can't because in impossible.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. We stay 2 nights. Breakfast was nice. 3 different language spoken in facility (German, English, Turkish). Hotel was silent and nice. Reception was closed after 9 pm but if you are gonna check in they drop a key in a box for entrance which is nice. They always helpful. If you check out, they allow drop suitcases and bags in luggage room for take after. Hotel location is perfect. 30 mins walking distance from city center and 5 mins walking distance from Mariahilfer Street which has 2 metro station. You can park on street specific times which is nice. Or you can reserve a parking lot. There is no air conditioning. The wifi sometimes not perfect. Beds are very noisy. Some rooms smaller then others.

Most awful place I ever been during last 10 years of traveling. My recommendation - do not trust to any words from their side (you can also lost money because of that). Also it is not 3 stars hotel, we are preparing official group claim about this to booking.com. Because at this moment they misinform and violate consumer rights.

Nice, neat hotel. Its near from anything you need, you need couple of minutes with U-Bahn! It was maybe to loud from some of the guests around, and I could say that I wouldn’t rely on their internet if you come for business purposes because it’s sometimes good sometimes not. But for a few days in Vienna, good hotel and very kind employees!

Due to sudden government restriction, we couldn't travel and informed the hotel 10 days ago regarding the situation. At first the hotel didn't reply for 4 days and after trying multiple times we got a response from the hotel, but they were very uncooperative regarding the situation. We expected atleast a partial refund or a change of dates, but the hotel refused for everything. In these testing times, it is not easy for anyone but atleast a little bit of support is expected for all of us to be able to fight it and still be able to travel.
