D	Dmytro Kalinowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 4 star hotel. You won't be able park your SUV/estate car in the underground garage unless you have mad driving skills... The entrance is super narrow! Bathroom didn't had ANY hangers for towels, etc. Fridge wasn't cooling at all, in fact in was warmer inside than the room temperature. 4 star hotel usually offers bottled water and alcohol in their rooms too. Look at the pictures as well, their corridors remind me hospital, not a 4 star hotel. Ahh.. Breakfast. Don't spend 11 eur/person on their food unless you're in a hurry and don't have time to eat outside.
D	Dominik J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very wrong spot for storing luggage. It is not proceted nor covered by hotel's monitoring cameras. That led to a very uncomfortable incident for us - we lost our luggage. Firstly we thought it was stolen but it occurred it was taken by other guests by mistake. After coming back home staff wasn't very helpful - they didn't update us by themselves and were very reluctant in contact. After several admonitions by e-mail and six weeks we got our luggage back. We got free update to a better room as a compensation, but you may guess that we don't plan to visit this place again.
L	Luis Antunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is pretty simple but is relatively good for its price, the breakfast was good but simple, with the exception of the croissants which were delicious. The rooms were simple and clean. They had some scratches on the paint which wasn’t very nice, but acceptable as it’s one of the most affordable 4-star hotel in Vienna. The receptionist on the Saturday night I arrived on was amazing and one of the friendliest staff I ever met in a hotel.
R	Redis Gjonaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you need for a day visit in Wien. The receptionist were really kind and gave us every neccessary information to make our stay pleasant. The hotel rents bikes free of charge, really useful to visit the city. They kept our luggage in custody even after our checkout. We are really satisfied that we booked here. Oh and the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast really delicious and variagate!

Adding to that, the room temperature was much warmer than outside (where it already had been 33 degrees) and the aircondition didn’t work at all!! Also the Service was not great at all. The staff was unfriendly and also unhelpful. Coming to the breakfast: DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON IT!! There’s literally only one plate of cheese a little bit of jam and honey and some scrumbled egg (which was disgusting!). Rather eat out than in that hotel. The only thing good about this hotel is it’s location! But still not worth it. There are plenty of other hotels in town so don’t spend your money on this one!!
A	Arianna Taormina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star boutique hotel...definitely not. Room, bathroom, corridors were clean. The short interaction with the stuff were also fine. But it is... bare, walls need a paint job, the garage it's so tiny, really an issue to get inside with the car. Breakfast was ok, but for the same price you can get something in a fancy place in the center. 4 star to me means cute details and a bit of extra comfort. A very good 2 stars or acceptable 3 stars at most.
