Einziger Kontakt via Whatsapp. Meiner Meinung nach unseriöses Business. Schade. Allerdings, einfacher Checkin- und zentrale Lage! Dafür den Stern. Smoky room, not as shown. Felt unsafe in the house! Nobody can be reached by phone. Only contact via Whatsapp. In my opinion, dubious business. Too bad. However, easy check-in and central location! But the star.
J	Jakob M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Schild oder sonstiges um den Eingang zu finden, keine Rezeption und keine Antwort per Telefon, nur per WhatsApp, heruntergekommenes "Hotel" das eher einer großen Wohngemeinschaft ähnelt inklusive Mängeln überall, lockere Türgriffe, Dellen und Löcher in den Wänden, offene Verkabelung, Heizung konnte nicht reguliert werden und war viel zu heiß, Fernseher ging nicht, zwei mysteriöse Fernbedienungen die nichts bewirkten (aber ja auch keine Möglichkeit nachzufragen), sehr suspektes Geschäftsmodell und eine Lehre für mich, laut Zimmernachbarn ging deren Wasser gar nicht No sign or anything to the entrance to find no reception and no answer by telephone, only by WhatsApp, rundown "hotel" that rather a large residential community resembles including defects everywhere loose door handles, dents and holes in the walls, open wiring, heating could not be regulated and was far too hot, TV did not work, two mysterious remotes nothing caused (including but yeah no way to ask), very mistrusted business model and a lesson for me, according to neighbors whose water was not
M	Marius Bulst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, noch schlechtere Zimmer. Telefonisch kein Kontakt möglich, das Gebäude ist von außen überhaupt nicht zu erkennen. Nach einer halben Stunde warten haben wir die Check-in Informationen erhalten, es gibt aber niemanden vor Ort, der Fragen beantworten kann. Das Zimmer stinkig und voller kaputter Einrichtung. Ein Fenster in den Hinterhof voller Klimaanlagen und Abgase. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern also bessere Luft, als mit offenen. Alles in Allem also ein katastrophaler Aufenthalt, der einem Hostel-Besuch gleich kommt (selbst in Hostels hatte ich bessere Aufenthalte), obwohl mit Hotel geworben wird. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Very bad communication, even worse rooms. No contact possible by phone, the building cannot be seen from the outside at all. After waiting half an hour, we received the check-in information, but there is no one on site who can answer questions. The room smelly and full of broken furnishings. A window into the back yard full of air conditioners and exhaust fumes. Better air with closed windows than with open ones. So all in all a catastrophic stay, which is like visiting a hostel (even in hostels I had better stays), although the hotel is advertised. 1 star is still too much.

Tuttavia, reputo alquanto negativa questa prima esperienza con il proprietario della struttura perche non si è preoccupato di rimborsare neppure metà dell'intero importo (o agire anche tramite voucher), data l'impossibilità oggettiva di arrivare in Austria. Pessima professionalità. Unfortunately, due to the sudden lockdown in Austria, it was not possible to stay at the property. However, I consider this first experience with the owner of the structure rather negative because he did not bother to refund even half of the entire amount (or even act through a voucher), given the objective impossibility of arriving in Austria. Bad professionalism.
