★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in a lot of Mercure hotels already and this one is one of the best I have been in. My room was big and clean. Only minus point for the room is the old look of the bathroom and toilet, needs a modern upgrade.
Breakfast was fine, fresh and a lot of variety! Staff was super friendly to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What you’d expect from this mid-market chain hotel... does what it says on the tin. No frills experience with efficient service. Rooms are clean but bathrooms are tired and due a refresh.
There’s a small, but well stocked bar. No evening meal options to speak of - go to the family-run Lend-Platzl restaurant across the road!
Breakfast is plentiful with a selection of hot and cold items.
Handy on site car park if travelling by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was good to be able to open the windows, not much fond of airco. The breakfast buffet is huge with lots of delicious fresh food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel in the center of the city. Room was fully equipped with coffee maker, tea pot, tv and so on. Bathroom had toothbrush and all other stuff. Everything was new and fresh. Big parking underneath. Friendly staff. The only thing is that we ordered a baby bed, it was of course provided, but in fact this was a cheap travel bed, not comfortable at all. I suppose hotel should not save money on such things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in center, nice and very friendly reception. Room was clean and silent. It is very good to start from this hotel into the city. Parking also possible in close parking house. Good breakfast.

The bed was so confortable, room modern and super clean.
Top bathroom with shower.
Great breakfast and nice staff taking care of you.
Place to go in Graz, very central to have a nice walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel very well located in the city center of Graz. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast menú pretty complete. I would just recommend to put natural Orange Juice for breakfast instead of supermarket one. We will for sure stay here in our next visit to Graz
