Tolles Team, freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war spitzenmäßig. Tolle Freizeitangebote für Kinder. Kinder konnten jeden Tag kostenlos reiten oder bei super netter Betreuung den Kinderclub besuchen. Kleines aber feines Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum.Bademantel und Badeschuhe wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Tolle Auswahl an Massagen. Die Zimmer sind mit Telefon, TV, Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sind jeden Tag gereinigt worden. In diesem Hotel waren wir willkommene Gäste. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön für die kurze aber intensive Zeit für das gesamte Team. Wir werden wieder kommen !

I am conflicted on what rating to give the hotel. First off, I booked the Hotel via an intermediate (CHECK24.de). When we arrived we really liked the nice reception, free afternoon cake and coffee, and the friendly staff. However, once we got to the room we realised that the hotel has two category rooms, old and new. Unfortunately, CHECK24 booked the cheaper of the two categories. The new rooms are just as nice as the lobby, however, the old rooms remind me of 20+ years ago, green carpet, old dated, bathrooms, furniture that is as old, if not older than me. However, even though they are old and dated, the room was very clean. Another thing we didn't know due to booking via CHECK24 was that it was all-inclusive, with a buffet for dinner, which I don't really like in a 4 star hotel.

There were lots of little things that bothered me about this place. 1. There are two parts of this hotel. A 4 star and a 3 star. We booked through a third party and paid 4 star prices and got a 3 star room. I mean, fine...not the hotel's fault, but this room really was knav. No lotion in the bathroom. A super small shower. An old bed with the worst pillows I have ever slept on. 2. Dinner was a buffet. But it wasn't clearly explained if we could order a la cart or not. We really didn't want the buffet. It wasn't bad, but I would have rather tried the local steak. 3. We came to breakfast at 7:05. Breakfast started at 7:00. Everything was out except the scrambled eggs and sausage. We waited and waited thinking they were going to bring it out at any moment. Finally at 7:25 we asked one of the cooks and she said "well we don't do scrambled eggs until 7:30, I can make some for you". I mean, there was no sign saying this. We waited for ages for these stupid eggs and got an answer with the attitude of "obviously we make them at 7:30". A sign would have been nice! Or one of the cooks/servers noticing us standing around waiting and maybe ask if we needed anything. Not impressed. But I don't want to give the impression that it was all bad. They gave us a lovely loaf of bread and hand-made jam as a leaving gift. Very kind of them! The location of the hotel was also great.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely service, awesome food and a relaxing wellness area. It is also a family friendly hotel, but the kids are almost not visible in the hotel, since they have great care takes and there own area. The family who runs the place has an eye for details and developed a beautiful branding. We live it and there is absolutely nothing we could ask for - except for more hours a day. We come back every year!

As non residents we visited this hotel for an evening meal. To say we were impressed would be an under-statement! A fabulous meal with super attentive and very professional service. While the cost was not cheap, the quality of the food and overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.
