Order was taken quickly and served very quickly - in 4 minutes (children's dishes). The children were still in the elevator when they arrived ;-) Portion was adequate and tasty, at the usual alpine prices. The toboggan run right next door is nice and steep, rent a toboggan for 6 euros.

Authentic good cuisine with many own products. Very friendly and brisk service. The location is phenomenal! The toboggan run, voted the best in the region, was the highlight for our 3 year old grandson.

Schöne Alm in guter Lage.
Beautiful Alm in a good location. Sunday lunchtime was quite busy, 2G wasn't checked, I just don't think it's correct. In addition, we have observed almost all the possibilities of wearing the FFP2 mask incorrectly among the employees and the boss. Ordered drinks first, came quickly. We then ordered smaller dishes, which came quite quickly. The fries were very good, the cheese dumpling soup was way too salty and tasted artificial. But the Kaspressknödel itself was really good. The Alm itself is very beautiful and inviting, the employees are not exactly hospitable, seem rather annoyed. We asked a waiter about the ski bus in the valley, his answer was very dismissive. To rent the toboggans you have to go to the boss's Budel, they cost 6 euros.

Today I was at kleinbergalm. It was a busy day, the sun was shining and the alm was located really nicely. We ordered our drinks and food. I had some tap water, and then we waited for about 1 hour and 40minutes for our food to arrive. During our waiting time I noticed the waiters were a bit rude what might had to do with stress. But if a customer askes you politely how long the food is still going to take and you response with: when it arrives. You're simply not doing the job right. I also got ignored when I tried to order or when I had a qquestion. When we finally had the food it was allright, when we finished the food we were already sitting there for over 2 hours and I asked if I could pay. Our waiter apperantely also was the boss of the whole alm, and he simply let us pay for our food and didn't mention anything about the long wait. He also let me pay 2,50euros for a big tap water. I asked him why, and he said we give it to you right!? I understand that every place has good and bad days, but this place ruined my whole day. If they would simple just had said sorry for the wait, it's busy today. I would have been happy. But to let costumers wait for almost 2hours, don't say anything about it and also ask them to pay for tap water.... I am not happy. Just no manners
