F	Franziska Kunkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittelgroßes familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr umfangreichem Frühstücksangebot (leider täglich erst ab 08.00Uhr), wirklich schönem Wellness- und Sauna Bereich und neuwertigem Schwimmbad. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Preise sind der Lage entsprechend eher gehoben aber angemessen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, ein Lift ist in 5Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Persönliches Highlight war die traditionelle musikeinlage des hotelbesitzers in der hausbar. Medium-sized family-run hotel with a very extensive breakfast menu (unfortunately only from 8 a.m. every day), a really nice wellness and sauna area and a new swimming pool. The staff is always very warm and friendly. The prices are rather high for the location, but reasonable. A bus stop is right in front of the door, a lift can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The personal highlight was the hotel owner's traditional music performance in the house bar.
M	Marco Steinmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde das Hotel wirklich sehr schön, die Sauna ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ein Traum. Ich bin jetzt das zweite mal da. Leider habe ich den Eindruck, wenn der Mitarbeiter einen nicht mag….wird auch nicht geholfen. Dieses Mal hatte ich meinen Ladestecker vergessen. Da musste ich nochmal nach Sonthofen fahren um mir einen Stecker zu besorgen ca. 40 km. Beim 1 Besuch hat ich vor, mein Snowboard selber zu wachsen. Das war nicht möglich, da es von Hotelseite nicht mal einen Tisch oder andere Möglichkeiten gab. Eine Telefonnummer wurde mir übergeben, als ich anrief gab es keine Möglichkeit das spontan abzugeben. Das Hotel ist toll. Leider nix mehr für mich da ich leider ab und zu wünsche habe die in diesem Hotel nicht machbar sind. Wer selber sein Board machen möchte oder mal einen Ladestecker vergisst, ist woanders besser aufgehoben. I think the hotel is really very nice, the sauna is very lovingly designed and leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast is very rich and a dream. I'm here for the second time now. Unfortunately, I have the impression that if the employee doesn't like you... they won't help either. This time I forgot my charging plug. So I had to drive to Sonthofen again to get a plug, about 40 km. On the first visit I intend to wax my snowboard myself. That wasn't possible because the hotel didn't even have a table or other options. A phone number was given to me, when I called there was no way to give it spontaneously. The hotel is great. Unfortunately nothing more for me because unfortunately I have wishes from time to time that are not feasible in this hotel. If you want to make your own board or forget a charging plug, you are better off elsewhere.
