Much appreciated the turkey breast fried with pumpkin seeds and served on a mixed salad with forest fruits (different berries) and figs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in early August. Initial impression was like a motorway service station: very busy. 'Traditional' decor not to my taste. The pool is too small for swimming so consider it as a plunge pool and head for one of the local public pools if you want to swim. There is almost no green space outside for sitting and relaxing. Nesslerhof next door is in a category above but roughly twice the price. What's good about this place? Attentive service, very nice spacious rooms, clean well equipped spa, good location as a base for exploring the area, helpful staff, fair price. Just don't expect super luxury, modern decor, a big pool or place to chill outside.
