Did a short stop in transit and were as always enthusiastic! The quality of the products a dream. A must-go if you are in Schärding!

Wir wurden auf der mit Schirmen überdachten Terrasse nicht bedient, da es leicht tröpfelte " das Personal wird sonst nass " .... unfreundlich und nicht Service orientiert ...auch unser Angebot die auch Kuchen selber Nach draußen zu bringen w Catastrophic! Monika Eibensteiner und ihr Team sind äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Mehlspeisen, das Eis, die Lebkuchen und Pralinen von Ernst Eibensteiner sind ein Traum für Süßigkeitenliebhaber? The rooms in the hotel are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The delicious breakfast in the pastry shop is a perfect start to the day. Monika Eibensteiner and her team are extremely warm and courteous. Pastries, ice cream, gingerbread and pralines from Ernst Eibensteiner are a dream for sweets lovers?

Leider sind die Eigentümer nicht offen für eigene/individuelle und zeitgerechte Wünsche der Kunden. Der Wunsch nach echten Blumen auf unserer Torte wurde abgelehnt und der Auftrag seitens der Konditorei 3 Wochen vor der Hochzeit storniert - nicht kundenorientiert und für jedes Brautpaar ein absolutes NoGo wenn nicht eine Katastrophe. Keine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits! Cakes are very tasty, which is why we wanted our wedding cake from the pastry shop. Unfortunately, the owners are not open to their own / individual and timely requests from customers. The request for real flowers on our cake was rejected and the order was canceled by the confectionery 3 weeks before the wedding - not customer-oriented and an absolute no-go, if not a disaster, for every bridal couple. No recommendation on my part!
