★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een mooi hotel met zeer goede bedden en nette kamers. Enkel de gastvrijheid zou wat beter kunnen. We kwamen 8 minuten naar 21.00 aan. En toen was het al een hoop gezeur dat we nog moesten inchecken. De dame op leeftijd lijkt er niet veel zin meer in te hebben. ,
 It is a nice hotel with very good beds and neat rooms. Only the hospitality could be a little better. We arrived 8 minutes to 9pm. And then it was already a lot of nagging that we still had to check in. The elderly lady doesn't seem to feel much like it anymore. ,

Özellikle resepsiyon’daki yaşlı kadın Hansel& Gretel’deki yaşlı cadıdan daha sevimsiz olduğunu söylemeliyim.
Ben bir daha da burada kalmam!
Some rooms are renovated and nice, but some areas of the room were not clean.
I must say that especially the old woman at the reception is more cheesy than the old witch in Hansel & Gretel.
I will not stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic site conveniently located for access and egress to/ from Schärding. Convenient to old town sites including the main platz, restaurants, walking tour, and Inn River Walk. Poor WiFi, tasty but limited breakfast option. On site free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Only downside was a church nearby, the bells rung all night long. Obviously, this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a perfect location with parking spaces for your car. The rooms are utilitarian but clean and the price is fair. This being said, the owners, an elderly couple, were probably never trained in professional hospitality and have a somewhat raw manners reminiscent of boarding houses many years ago. For me, this had a somewhat nostalgic touch rather than being annoyed. Altogether, I have very much enjoyed the stay and give 5 stars to this hotel.
