E	Eveline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hervorragendes Essen und Service. Schade, dass sämtliche Veganer hier nicht auch andere Meinungen akzeptieren und deswegen 1 Stern geben. Es wird ein gesamtes Team abgewertet wegen einer anderen Meinung. Von wegen, wer ist jetzt tolerant und wer nicht? Wenn es Ihnen gefällt, Tofu und Veganes Zeug zu bestellen und gleichzeitig zu fragen, ob es eh wie Fleisch schmeckt, dann wundert man sich sowieso nur mehr. Outstanding food and service. It's a shame that all vegans don't accept other opinions here and therefore give them 1 star. An entire team is devalued because of a different opinion. Because of who is tolerant now and who is not? If you like ordering tofu and vegan stuff and at the same time asking if it tastes like meat anyway, then you're just wondering anyway.
B	Bernhard Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vor einer Woche dort! Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll! Das Serviceteam um Herrn Rene sehr gut, professionell und aufmerksam! Leider war das Essen aber absolut nicht unser Geschmack! Wenn man schon ein Pop Up mit einem Koch macht sollte dieser auch vor Ort sein und nicht nur….. was auch immer! Egal wir hoffen, dass es nächstes Jahr ein Küchenteam gibt wo man sich auf die Qualität und die liebe zum Beruf verlassen kann. Wir kommen dann gerne wieder! ? We were there a week ago! The hotel is beautiful and very tasteful! The service team around Mr. Rene is very good, professional and attentive! Unfortunately, the food was absolutely not our taste! If you are already doing a pop-up with a chef, he should also be there and not just ... .. whatever! Regardless, we hope that next year there will be a kitchen team where you can rely on the quality and the love of the job. We'd love to come back then! ?

They never paid back the pre-payment, for weeks never answered our 10 attemps to call, email them. In the end, Mrs Brigitte KLENNER KAINDL sms us that she will not pay anything for "internal reasons"...
V	Valentin Moser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a nice view and does serve good food. There is nothing to complain about there. The service on the other hand was terrible. We did not stay there for the night but just wanted to refresh before hiking up the mountain on a particularly hot day. We asked beforehand and were nicely directed to a table outside. 15minutes later we got asked to pay (but not leave). That could have been an misunderstanding and we did not think too much of it until my wife coming out of the toilet got asked very unfriendly and very insistive if she was planning to consume something and what she was doing there, even as my wife told her (the woman asking) she was only waiting for me and we already consumed something. Combined with the fauxpas before this incident made our short visit there very unpleasant and we do not see bad behaviour on our side that warrants such treatment. We did ask before if we can consume drinks there, it was not particularly full (at least 50% of the tables empty) and we were neither rude nor loud.
