A	Alex K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben nicht dort übernachtet, aber den zur Zeit angebotenen Lieferservice probiert. Das Restaurant dürfte nicht wirklich auf Burger spezialisiert sein. Denn solche haben wir uns bestellt und waren so gar nicht begeistert. Der Geschmack war sehr süß und Würze haben die Burger auch nicht wirklich bekommen. Einfach langweiliger Geschmack. Für 12,50 Euro für einen Hirschburger OHNE Beilage, sehr enttäuschend. ? Der Bun eines Burgers war auch der Falsche. Sollte mit Sesam sein, war aber ohne Sesam. Schade, da wir ein gutes Restaurant in unserer Nähe suchen und gleich beim ersten Mal bestellen enttäuscht wurden. Didn't stay there but tried the delivery service they are currently offering. The restaurant shouldn't really specialize in burgers. Because we ordered these and were not at all enthusiastic. The taste was very sweet and the burgers didn't really get any spice either. Just boring taste. For 12.50 euros for a deer burger WITHOUT a side dish, very disappointing. ? A burger bun was also the wrong one. Should be with sesame seeds, but was without sesame seeds. It's a shame as we are looking for a good restaurant in our area and were disappointed the first time we order.
M	Markus Loidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in diesem Hotel am 5.9.2020 zu einer Hochzeit geladen. Location war schön, das Essen sehr gut. Der Grund für meine sehr schlechte Bewertung: Da für mich und meine Frau zu diesen Wochenende ein 14 tägiger Urlaub begann reisten wir mit dem Wohnmobil an Zwei weitere geladene Gäste waren auch mit dem Womo angereist. Alle 3 Wohnmobile wurden auf dem doch sehr großen Parkplatz des Hotels so abgestellt, das weder weitere Parkplätze verstellt, noch andere Parkplatznutzer am wegfahren gehindert wurden. Der Parkplatz wurde von allen Wohnmobilen am nächsten Tag in den Morgenstunden verlassen. Es wurde kein Strom vom Hotel und auch keine Infrastruktur des Hotels benötigt. Trotzdem wurden jedem Wohnmobilbesitzer 25€ verrechnet! Wahrscheinlich aus Ärgernis, da von den 3 Paaren kein Zimmer im Hotel benötigt wurde. Das muss doch nicht sein, bei einer Hochzeit von ca. 80 Personen im dortigem Restaurant! Selbst bei Stellplätzen mit Infrastruktur und Strom bezahlt man meist nur 10 - 15 €! Also liebes Hotelmanagement, wird da nicht ein wenig übertrieben? Oder doch am besten bei den PKWs auch zur Kasse bitten? We were invited to a wedding in this hotel on September 5th, 2020. The location was nice, the food was very good. The reason for my very bad rating: Since a 14-day vacation began for me and my wife this weekend, we traveled by mobile home Two other invited guests had also come by car. All 3 mobile homes were parked in the very large parking lot of the hotel in such a way that neither more parking spaces were blocked nor other parking lot users were prevented from driving away. The parking lot was left by all mobile homes in the morning hours of the next day. No electricity from the hotel and no hotel infrastructure was needed. Nevertheless, each motorhome owner was charged 25 €! Probably out of annoyance, as no room in the hotel was needed by the 3 couples. That doesn't have to be the case at a wedding of around 80 people in the restaurant there! Even for parking spaces with infrastructure and electricity, you usually only pay € 10-15! So, dear hotel management, isn't that a little exaggerated? Or is it best to ask for the checkout at the car?
J	Josef Altmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Das Personal ist freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Dafür gebühren meiner Meinung nach 5 Sterne. 2. Die Lage und der Park des Hotels Glatte 5 Sterne. 3. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig nicht sehr groß und entsprechen eher der Mittelklasse. 3 Sterne. Das Housekeeping sind glatte 5 Sterne 4 Die Küche des Hotels und die Speisen können qualitativ nicht ganz mithalten. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und auch sehr viel Die Wurst wird einfach gestappelt und lieblos angeboten. Einem Gast der für sein Kind einen kalten Kakao haben wollte wurde mitgeteilt, dass er diesen extra bezahlen muss. Beim Essensbuffett werden Speisen angeschrieben die nicht dem tarsächlichen Angebot entsprechen Ein Huhn mit Extra Reis und Pflaumen ebenfalls getrennt ist halt kein gefülltes Huhn. Auch fehlen auch sehr oft Dinge wie z.B das Apfelmus zum Kaiserschmarrn. Die Beilagen der Speisen und das Angebot an Salaten ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich Dafür gibt es dann wieder Speisen die einfach Extraklasse sind Meine Meinung dazu 3,5 Sterne die aber bei mehr Kontinuität und ein bischen mehr Aufmerksamkeit durchaus das Zeug für 5 Sternen haben. 1. The staff is friendly, quick and courteous. In my opinion, they deserve 5 stars. 2. The location and the park of the Hotel Glatte 5 stars. 3. The rooms are very badly soundproofed, not very large and are more like the middle class. 3 stars. The housekeeping are smooth 5 stars 4 The hotel's kitchen and the dishes cannot quite keep up in terms of quality. The breakfast is very extensive and also a lot. The sausage is simply stacked and offered carelessly. A guest who wanted a cold cocoa for his child was told that he would have to pay this extra. In the food buffet, dishes are written that do not correspond to the actual offer. A chicken with extra rice and plums also separated is not a stuffed chicken. Very often things are also missing, such as the apple sauce with the Kaiserschmarrn. The side dishes of the dishes and the range of salads is not very varied, but there are dishes that are simply top class.
M	Max VanDamm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal. Punkto Sauberkeit ist dieses Hotel an oberster Stelle. Sogar an der Toilette gibt es Desinfektionsmittel um den Sitz steril zu machen. Dieses Hotel ist für mich ganz ganz weit oben auf der Liste. Very friendly staff. In terms of cleanliness, this hotel is the top priority. There are even disinfectants at the toilet to make the seat sterile. This hotel is very high on the list for me.

We had a large conference, attended by approximately 250 people, from 30 + countries. the facility, was able to manage the kitchen well, and it appears like the accommodations, extremely well. The Hotel staff were very helpful, and went out of their way to assist me, beyond the call of duty. And the venue and park, is physically beautiful, yet, simple and warm. I highly recommend this venue and the Kobald Hotel, if you need additional room capacity, like our conference did.
