Welcoming friendly staff, well maintained rooms as well a welcome surprise after check in, with a little cake.
You’re in the middle of Vienna in a tradition/ historical hotel, which definitely meet most modern standards.
I only can recommend that place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are seeking a hotel that has a very authentic Austrian imperial atmosphere, Hotel Kaiserhof Wien is the answer.
In addition to its beautiful architecture, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities, it is conveniently located within walking distance from important attractions of Viena such as the Secession, the Opera or the Church of Karlskirche.
Hotel staff has been very helpful with everything we needed.
Also, their included breakfast was rich and delicious and it varied from one day to another.
Another great thing about it is that it is a family hotel managed for generations.
The hotel was built in 1896 and it 1983 it became part of the world’s biggest hotel cooperation, BEST WESTERN.
The room that was assigned to me is in the "Kaiserhof Superior" category and I loved its charm combining an imperial feel with girly colors.
To get the best price, I would strongly recommend contacting the hotel directly.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I have ever visited & stayed in. The building itself is very impressive, with the typical viennese architectural design. The lobby is elegant and takes us back to another era. The room was exactly what we expected and even better, very clean and with a nice view . Finally, the stuff is very very polite and always eager to help. We are looking forward to staying there again. Thank you!
