S	Silvia Groniewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jahrelang bei Herrn Kubitza, doch dessen Kanzlei wurde von der Kanzlei Marek letztes Jahr übernommen. Nachdem die Ansprechpartner für Lohnberechnung und Steuer gleich blieben, machte ich mir hierzu keine Gedanken. Mit Eintritt der der COVID Maßnahmen scheint die Kanzlei jedoch komplett überlastet zu sein. Obwohl ich die Lohnverrechnung für Sep 2020 erhalten habe, wurde vergessen diese an die ÖGK zu melden. Ich erhielt im Dezember eine Verständigung darüber mit Säumnisgebühr. Die Lohnberechnerin versicherte mir, dass diese bezahlt wird. Im März 2021 übersendete ich meine Buchhaltung für die Steuer. Nach Absprache mit Fr. W. erhielt diese Zugang zu meinem Buchhaltungssystem, da die DATEV Daten nicht ins eigene importiert werden konnten. Laut Ihrer Aussage wäre es damit einfach die notwendigen Daten zu übertragen. Mitte Mai frage ich nach wie es mit dem Steuerbescheid aussieht. Keine Antwort. Ich schicke eine weitere E-Mail mit Bitte um Antwort bis Ende der Woche. Nichts. Ein letztes Ultimatum für vor Pfingsten. Nichts. Ich übersende meine Kündigung und erhalte daraufhin einen Anruf von der Kanzlei Marek. Meine Betreuerin war 6 Wochen krank und keiner konnte meine Dateien auslesen. Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte in der Zeit keine. Ich bestätigte meinen Kündigungswillen. Am Tag drauf erhalte ich einen ÖGK Kontoauszug von der Kanzlei mit einem Ausstand von über 2000 Euro (letzter Mitarbeiter am 1. November gekündigt). Auf meinen Anruf hin kann mir keiner sagen, wofür das ist, da Sie bereits die Vollmacht im WEBEKU zurückgelegt haben. Mit meinem neuen Steuerberater kommen wir drauf, dass für die gekündigten Mitarbeiter für die ausbezahlten Urlaubstage ÖGK anfällt. Von der Lohnberechnung habe ich hier für zwei Mitarbeiter keine entsprechende Berechnung erhalten. Auf meine Nachfrage mir diese ausständigen Auszahlungsjournale bitte noch zuzusenden wieder Schweigen. Die Säumnisgebühr vom Vorjahr wurde natürlich ebenfalls nicht bezahlt. Übrigens war die Vollmacht im WEBEKU noch hinterlegt. Ich habe diese nun selbst entfernt. Ich kann von dieser Steuerberatung/Lohnberatung wirklich nur abraten. Ich bin noch nie von einer Firma geghostet worden, aber genau das ist hier passiert. Da wurde mir ab Telefon gesagt das Emails nicht zugestellt wurden, weil alle E-Mails erst an eine zentrale Stelle gehen und dann weitergeleitet werden. Nur um dann innerhalb von Sekunden während man am Telefon war auf E-Mails Bestätigungen zu erhalten. Dies war übrigens die einzige Möglichkeit etwas zu bekommen: Am Telefon bleiben, bis die E-Mail mit dem gewünschten Inhalt in der Mailbox ist. Es gab hier zwei weitere Kommentare die ein ebensolches Ghosting beschreiben. Eins wurde anscheinend bereits gelöscht, beim zweiten wird auf eine mögliche Verwechslung hingewiesen (ich bezweifle das). Um dem entgegen als Foto den E-Mail Footer (E-mail Adresse meiner Betreuerin entfernt). Ich poste absichtlich mit Klarnamen. Mailverlauf ist vorhanden. Von mir absolut KEINE EMPFEHLUNG. Update 21.06.2021: Nachdem diese Rezension erstellt wurde, wurde ich nochmals kontaktiert und meine ausstehenden Bitten bearbeitet. Es wurde auch eine pauschale Summe, die die entstandenen Kosten durch Mahngebühren etc. deckt als Entschädigung entschieden. Den entstandenen Zeitverlust und Nerven macht es nicht wieder gut, aber zumindest etwas. I was with Mr. Kubitza for years, but his office was taken over by Marek last year. Since the contact persons for wage calculation and tax remained the same, I didn't give a thought to this. With the start of the COVID measures, however, the law firm seems to be completely overloaded. Although I received the payroll for Sep 2020, I forgot to report it to the ÖGK. I received a notification about this in December with a late payment fee. The wage calculator assured me that this will be paid. In March 2021, I submitted my accounting for tax. After consultation with Ms. W., she was given access to my accounting system, as the DATEV data could not be imported into her own. According to you, this would make it easy to transfer the necessary data. In mid-May I ask how the tax assessment looks like. No Answer. I'll send another email asking for an answer by the end of the week. Nothing. One last ultimatum for before Pentecost. Nothing. I send my notice of termination and then receive a call from the Marek law firm. My supervisor was sick for 6 weeks and no one could read my files. No contact was made at the time. I confirmed my intention to resign. The next day I receive an ÖGK account statement from the law firm with an outstanding amount of over 2000 euros (last employee terminated on November 1st). When I call, nobody can tell me what that is for, as you have already returned the power of attorney to the WEBEKU. With my new tax advisor, we come to the conclusion that ÖGK is due for the paid vacation days for the terminated employees. From the wage calculation, I have not received a corresponding calculation for two employees. At my request, please send me these outstanding disbursement journals again, silence. The late fee from the previous year was of course not paid either. Incidentally, the power of attorney was still stored in the WEBEKU. I have now removed this myself. I can really only advise against this tax advice / wage advice. I've never been hosted by any company before, but that's exactly what happened here. Then I was told on the phone that emails were not delivered because all emails first go to a central point and are then forwarded. Only to receive email confirmations within seconds while on the phone. Incidentally, this was the only way to get something: stay on the phone until the e-mail with the desired content is in the mailbox. There were two other comments here describing ghosting as well. One has apparently already been deleted, the second indicates a possible mix-up (I doubt that). In contrast to this, the e-mail footer as a photo (e-mail address of my supervisor removed). I post with real names on purpose. Mail history is available. Absolutely NO RECOMMENDATION from me. Update June 21, 2021: After this review was created, I was contacted again and my outstanding requests were processed. A lump sum that covers the costs incurred through reminder fees etc. was also decided as compensation. It doesn't make up for the lost time and nerves, but at least something.
