T	Tako SU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel looks completely renovated with new rooms, though not so large, and an elegant lobby and parlour. It offers free drinks during the day (soft drinks, tea, coffee), which makes it nice to spend some time in the lobby. It has however many steps, even before the rooms therefore it could be quite uncomfortable for wheelchairs or cradles. The sreet where it's located is shabby. 8
E	Evan Shemonsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS Hotel is in a convenient location. Reception area is welcoming. Free coffee, juices, and water were a positive. CONS Room is not outfitted with curtains and hotel staff was not accommodating to add curtains or exchange rooms. We had to stuff the windows with bed sheets to avoid the early sunlight. Hotel staff changes the lock code for the safe every 2 days. They did not inform us of this and after several incorrect attempts, our safe was permanently locked and we required maintenance to unlock it. Queen beds are two twin beds pushed together with two single duvets. This wasn't ideal for snuggling. No gym facilities. Ice was not available in the hotel. Not even in the kitchen according to the staff. Cleaning crew walked into the room without knocking. Overall price did not reflect quality of hotel.
T	Thijs de Gunst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars because they deliver what they say. Yes the rooms are rather small, but it's a hotel, I only spend time in the room for getting dressed and sleeping. Clean room, good minibar, small shaving kit, only a shower, good bed, not noisy only the fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, very nice coffee, juice, bubbles, just excellent. And on top of this, the location is just perfect. 5 minute walk from nice restaurants, the city center, museums, christmas market (as of next week ;).

I can’t believe that people rating this hotel are real customer because it’s not normal to have such a bad quality of rooms, services in a 4 star hotel and see they get 8.6 as rating ... Definitively the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life! Not only as a 4 star but this shouldn’t even have 1 star! The air conditioning wasn’t functional in summer , the room smelled horrible, room is soo bad that I can’t even describe it! I was coughing the whole time and we decided to leave ! The personal, to whom we complained weren’t surprise at all as they are used to see unhappy customer. We ended up booking a new hotel which had the right standards for a 4 stars hotel. Run away from this hotel, even if they pay me to sleep there I won’t go! Should be elected worst hotel in Vienna’s history !
E	Eray Smz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Room was clean but definitely not sound proof. There are no facilities in the hotel. They don't have slippers in the room. There was not many options for breakfast. I'm not sure why this hotel has 4 stars.
O	Oleg Chermoshniuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our second time here. This time our room was much smaller and the bed was very uncomfortable, probably because of the old mattress. Not only that, there were two single mattresses put together, which made the sleeping more uncomfortable. We asked to switch to another room, but were told that the hotel was fully booked. Which was strange, because November is not a busy season. On the positive side - everything was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
R	Rodrigo Ribeiro Vieira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highlight the location, close to the city center, museums, some good restaurants, etc. We get a room and there is not air conditioning, at the summer it could be tough in some moments, but to be honest we slept well every night because as the room has a ventilator. When we asked about the air conditioning they offered us the mini bar for free... We appreciated it. In terms of price-quality it is well. In my opinion it should has 3 stars.
