★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gasthaus is really nice and clean. Personnel is very kind, they don't know english, but very able to find a way to communicate with you. Big breakfast buffet. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People were very friendly. We ate schnitzel and pancakes with icecream. The menu was in German, but with the help of Google Translate life is so much easier?. The rooms werd really clean, large enough. We slept nice. Shower is fine. There is a small and safe playgarden for the kids outdoors. In the same street there is a nice hike, just follow the sound of the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really comfortable and clean rooms with awesome views. The busstop is right in front of the guest house, so you can easily go to the centre of Salzburg in 15 minutes. The personnel is very friendly and the kitchen is quite good.

The owners are very mean, the electricity in our room wasnt working, at 22:00 the hotel owner kept screaming at us if we aint happy we are supposed to go away or shut up. The personal was very unproffesional, they dont speak english, they dont speak german, they only have one proper waitress but she was literally bothering everyone in the very small, weird smelling restaurant. They dont have proper staff, children are working for them, no joke! Little girls clean the rooms and work for them for probably no real money. The kindness of these people is fake, never ever coming back, such a waste of money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I was rating the Restaurant, I would give 5* - lovely food and superb service! I had to leave 3* in general as in the morning, 9:15 am the breakfast is already finished and buffet cleared up (breakfast time 7:30 - 9:30) Cleaners are already nervously waiting for you to leave (no Good Morning or any greetings) as apparently you are expected to leave way before 10am, it doesn't matter it's Sunday and you are on a holiday
In conclusion, I would go back to the restaurant, but not in the hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When į check in, they gave me the key to the room. Room was like from 80s, sheets were clean but inside pillow, and blanket, with stains. Bathroom falling apart, trimmings in the corners are gone, walls are with old painting hanging holes, dore key lock is see through (even if you insert the key) and etc. Would not recommend to anyone. After i seen the room, i asked to change it but the owner said they do not have any and i should whatever, and money for the night is not refundable. I booked other hotel and slept there. Please be aware if you want this kind of experience.
