★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War ein toller Heringschmaus. Der Koch konnte ein großes Repertoire seiner Künste darstellen. Ob das die kalten Vorspeisen und fischsalate waren oder der wolfsbarsch im Salzmantel. Nur die gerösteten zwiebel in der hummerschaumsuppe waren etwas deplatziert. Die weinauswahl war gut ausgewogen. Wir reservieren gleich für nächstes Jahr.
 Was a great herring feast. The chef was able to present a large repertoire of his arts. Whether it was the cold appetizers and fish salads or the sea bass in a salt coat. Only the roasted onions in the lobster foam soup were a bit out of place. The wine selection was well balanced. We're making reservations for next year.
