M	Mona J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund Covid konnte ich nicht einreisen. Ein Familienmitglied ist daran erkrankt und wir haben momentan sehr zu kämpfen. Die Stornierung ist nicht kostenlos. Auf meine ersten E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Auf Anfrage einer kostenlosen Stornierung sind Sie nicht darauf eingegangen, obwohl ich nächstes Jahr kommen wollte. Man hätte sich wenigstens darauf einigen können, dass man dann die 300€ bei der nächsten Buchung Erlass kriegt. Jetzt habe ich 300€ verloren, das Hotel freut sich bestimmt richtig. NIE WIEDER I couldn't enter the country due to Covid. A family member has it and we are struggling a lot right now. Cancellation is not free. There was no response to my first emails. You did not respond to a request for a free cancellation even though I wanted to come next year. You could at least have agreed that you would then get the 300 € off your next booking. Now I've lost € 300, the hotel is sure to be really happy. NEVER AGAIN
H	Herman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positief: Badkamer en toilet zijn geheel vernieuwd in 2018 en erg netjes, badkamer een beetje klein maar wel super mooi en zeer prettig in gebruik. De kamer zelf wordt in september 2019 geheel verbouwd en zoals de tekening laat zien wordt het erg mooi. Kamer is ruim met een zitbank en een tafeltje en lijkt op een studio zonder keuken. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en trots op hun hotel waardoor je dus een zeer plezierig verblijf hebt en je thuis voelt. Het ontbijt is goed de koffie qua smaak iets minder maar daar staat echt verse jus tegen over. Tegen € 4,- per dag huur je een kluisje bij de ski lift je hoeft dan niet met je ski spullen te slepen. Eind oordeel is dan ook verrassend goed. Negatief: Jammer dat er voor de WiFi apart €15,- moest worden betaald maar je kunt ook denken daardoor is de kamer €2,- goedkoper en heeft iemand die geen WiFi gebruikt daar dus ook geen kosten aan. Verder is het niet mogelijk om vanuit de sauna naar buiten te lopen om in een besloten tuin af te kunnen koelen..
J	Joachim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Zimmer waren Neu eingerichtet mit viel Geschmack. Ein Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Keine Schuhe im Haus erwünscht. Witzig aber OK. Neue Teppiche im Haus sollten geschont werden . Tolles Früchstück und ein Vernünftiger Preis. Danke das wir Gäste sein durften. Nette Gastgeber.

R	R Go on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein Zimmer im benachbarten Appartmenthaus, was leider überhaupt nicht dem Standard auf den Bildern der Homepage entspricht. Auf Anfragen zu Umbuchungen vorher und Rückfragen zur Rechnung nach unserer Abreise reagiert der Vermieter zwar schnell, aber sehr einsilbig, ohne Anrede und nicht lösungsorientiert. We had a room in the neighboring apartment building, which unfortunately didn't match the standard shown in the pictures on the website. The landlord reacted quickly to inquiries about rebooking beforehand and questions about the bill after our departure, but very monosyllabically, without addressing us and not in a solution-oriented manner.

Als wir ankamen schickte man uns ohne Vorwarnung oder Entschuldigung in eine super veraltete Ferienwohnung im 70er/80er Jahre Style. Als wir uns beschwerten, dass wir das von uns gebuchte moderne Zimmer haben wollen, wurden die Besitzer unfreundlich und teilten uns mit, dass wir abreisen könnten. We had booked a modern, renovated double room with a south-facing balcony. When we arrived we were sent without warning or apology to a super dated 70's/80's style condo. When we complained that we wanted the modern room we had booked, the owners became rude and told us we could leave.

D	Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Excellent breakfast. Great view from our room. Negative: Some information in English. There was none, and hosts do not speak English. My Deutsche is not good enough to understand too much. Eg house information booklet, and ski locker advice in English would have been helpful.
