★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional and bad communication. They are not aware of regulations. Rooms are not corresponding the website description. We got a “suite” with broken and dirty walls for quite some money. Let them confirm your room with pictures once you book with them. The attitude of the manager has nothing to do with hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is amazing. Friendly people. Totally Fiss admosphere. Incredible sauna area, infra red, finsauna, bio 60C sauna, pool, relax area. All up to date renovated. Tesla 2x 11kw destination chargers. Shuttle to lift. All rooms incredible view. Staying 5 nights - totally zen.
