H	Hastyar Dalawy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 3 star hotel with a 5 star hotel service, owners are the nicest people we've ever met at a hotel, breakfast is included with the room, an excellent breakfast with many choices to choose from and eat, is in a quiet neighborhood and close to a big mall with a supermarket and cafeteria, An highly recommended place to stay in and enjoy Zell Am See

About 15 minutes walk to areitbahn. Nice breakfast with fruit, all kinds of juice, bread and different kinds of spreads. Overall a surprisingly good stay.

A	Aviv Grebler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I saw very good reviews I got to the hotel and found very bad hotel, with train under the window of the room, bad facilities and didn't get what I ordered. The hotel manager was rude, screaming and shouting in front of the visitors. Try another place

Some of the issues we had: We specifically ordered 1 big bed, and paid extra 50 euros on it, but got 2 small beds. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the room was much smaller than promised. There was crazy noise of trains under the room all night long. We gave up the money and moved to another hotel after the landlord and his wife shouted at us. Did not agree to return the money even though one large double bed was booked in the reservation. We at least asked not to stay in the room the next day I photographed the landlord saying that Booking cheated us and sold us what is not at all I demand the money back at least for the second day we left at 7am after only one night. Just a nightmare

We ordered a large room with large bad for an extra 50 Euros, and when we got the hotel they say Booking.com lied to us and sold us something they can't offer. When we asked to cancel since the room was too small, the owner refuesed, charged the entire amount, but canceled the booking with Booking.com so when can never get our money back. Avoid it if you can.

We had a well equipped room, frequently cleaned by a friendly cleaner. Attractive and various breakfast, it was a feast to get up in the morning! ? Helpful staff who answered all our questions about the region and attractive points.
B	Beau August on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely family-run hotel. The owners are very friendly and spent the time helping us understand the area and how to get to different ski areas. Fresh fruit, meat and cheese every morning. The rooms themselves were standard, with a balcony and a nice shower.
