Pillow is too soft.
Everything else is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed one night in this hotel. The room was not big but nice, simple and modern. The bed is directly to the window with a nice view of the mountain and the city. It has indoor and outdoor pool. We didn't check out the indoor pool but the outdoor pool was okay.
The staff here were friendly, especially at the restaurant when we had our breakfast. And the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.
P.S. Location is okay. There were also some restaurants nearby, you can actually walk there. We found a nice Thai restaurant just 10 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 4 stars hotel but the room was very minimum equipped. No tissue to clean face or hand. No glass no boiler no bottle opener almost nothing besides towels and 1 bottle of liquid soap. Breakfast is standard but when cook changed tgen you noticed that food was not the same even bacon and egg. However, staffs are friendly. Outside pool is warm so I could swim even when it was not warm at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves 6 stars. It is a spectacular hotel, a gem in Zell Am See. My wife and I couldn’t be more happier with our choice of stay and we liked it so much that we extended our stay.
The room design is something unusual, and it works and it makes the stay more pleasant. It isn’t your standard room.
Absolutely top noch spa. From the indoor pool, through outdoor pool to saunas and relax rooms. This place just kept on giving.
Customer service representatives, the front desk staff, waiters at the breakfast, bartenders or spa attendants are professionals and always helpfull.
Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.
