★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty average three star hotel. Rooms are simple, yet cozy. Views are beautiful. Restaurant service is somewat expensivee and breakfast has too little variety, it is essentially just ham, cheese and bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice location. We had freshly renovated a room whith a tremendeous view on the Plansee.
Due to roadwork we had to take a detour and arrived late (the official kitchen opening hours had exceeded). Nevertheless, the staff offered us to stay a bit longer in order to allow us to have dinner. Very much appreciated, especially since the food was delicious.
The room did maybe not have the best noise insulation, but thanks to most guests being travellers, hikers, etc. it got very quiet around 10pm which was perfect for a good sleep.
Breakfast met the expectations and offers more than enough choice (eggs, meat, bread, coffee, tea, juice, müesli, joghurt, milk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious coffee, cakes, apfelstrudel and pancakes with a beautiful view and friendly service. Thanks! (5* experience) ***EDIT*** ... visited again 2 days later, different waiter, not helpful at all, couldn't accommodate any requests and we left without ordering. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay more for the view than what you have on the table. Ice cream seems melted and frosted again. For the Juice, it was really chimical. I put 2 stars because the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just incredible place. Hotel was really nice, clean, everything new. Team who is working there is extremely polite and helpful. We were staying 2 nights and felt really good there. Food in the restaurant tasty, portions huge and prices totally worthy. Definitely come back again because of view from the hotel ?
